    Pros +

    • The hotel itself was nice, (not 5 star nice)… Swimmable beach was nice, current is very strong.
    • All staff were helpful and friendly. The pool food and drink service made for a relaxing time. Free pool and ocean cabanas were amazing. Beautiful buffet breakfast and fresh food at all restaurants.
    • The beach and the pool are amazing. Possibly our favorite beach in Cabo. Pools were relaxing, but still entertaining.

    Cons -

    • Bait and switch. Sub par drink selection even for reserve. Lots of pressure to upgrade everything even with reserve. Booked a king ocean front junior suite. Got a 2 bed room, “not guaranteed they said” gave me a king room 2 nights later.
    • Distance to the ocean down a steep hill was a bit much in the summer heat. Golf cart service to/from would have been helpful.
    • Food and drinks were average to subpar for all inclusive. Few dinning options, restaurants would close randomly without notice. Only buffet for breakfast.

Nothing Services Sucked , accommodation are horrible, being a reserve customer is not worth it

The food was not that great. Pool closes at 7 bar at 12 nothing to do after those hours

    8JonathonPosted on: 7-9-2024

The staff was amazing, and the property was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. It was for our anniversary; the staff went all out and made us feel very special.

The steak house could have been a bit better.

The staff was more than helpful. They overextended themselves. The property was beautiful. The food was good. Nothing negative to report. I'd definitely go back.

The Food was great. The hospitality was excellent. They knew us by our names throughout the resort. They embrace the new guest that came for adults only experience. We were worried at first since first time in Cabo , but the resort staff stepped up.

Above and beyond one can ever expect. This is a must reserve resort.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-24-2023

The decor was amazing. Overall the look of the resort was beautiful. Food was delicious as well especially for an all Inclusive.

Our concierge was lacking terribly. For what we paid I was expecting more. Wouldn¿t go back.

    10PatriciaPosted on: 9-2-2023

The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful! The food was better than expected! The Mexican, Asian and Italian dinner restaurants were authentic and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I¿ve seen with changing options.

Would have liked more lunch options

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-25-2023

Best part of the resort was the staff and spa therapist! Our concierge was great and very helpful in planning our experiences. We had a couple of pleasant but inattentive waiters at the Italian restaurant and LaPalapa but all else was excellent.

The rooms could be more luxurious. They¿re updated but for the price they¿re very basic, not 5 star. If not for our concierge the reserve upgrade was not worth the cost with basic rooms & dining, obstructed ocean view by balcony wall, and tiny pool

the food was good for the first half of the stay

last 24 hrs we were neglected due to a convention taking over the hotel and restaurants closed, pool bar and food service closed the last day and half. Running out of food the last two days. We had over 30 people at the resort after my daughters wedding

    5KatiePosted on: 2-9-2023

Location, pool, Nespresso + ice cream shops

My prescription medication was stolen from my room. Wait for food was too long, even in the Reserve area. The meats, cheese & yogurt left out in Reserve was not refrigerated. There was black mould in our shower. Menu items were not consistent.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-20-2023

I liked the morning wellness and yoga activities. I liked the 12-2pm pool DJ. I liked the coffee shop and pastries.

The food was absolutely awful. The staff was okay, they weren't overly friendly or helpful. The hotel felt outdated and the pool and property were super basic for how highly rated this property is. I've stayed at much better resorts for less cost.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-14-2023

Beautifully designed hotel, great aesthetics all round and by far the best food you can have for an all inclusive in Cabo (have tried many). Kids club is great with activities. Staff are friendly, at the Italian were amazing

Staff overly pushing time share is a turn-off. hotel employee was horrible, disengenous and would find us throughout the trip to badger even claiming he would help us with restaurant reservations only if we did the time share presentation.

    3TonyaPosted on: 1-11-2023

    Food was pretty good.

Took 3.5 hours to fix tv and air conditioner. Took 30 minutes to get a cocktail at restaurant. No jacuzzi. Too pricey for this level of hotel

    9CarlaPosted on: 1-3-2023

Amazing service! Reserve level with concierge was awesome.

Quality of restaurant for dinner was disappointing, . The Asian restaurant was very good and the sommelier was excellent. The New Year¿s Eve dinner was also top quality.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-20-2022

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and did not try to sell us a bunch of vacation upgrades. The food was better than most all-inclusive resorts we've stayed at and it was nice not to be forced to sign for every purchase.

When making the reservation (and during the check-in process), it was NOT made clear that access to the adults-only pool was exclusively for "reserve" guests and required additional payment. I NEVER would have booked this property had I known.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-9-2022

The La Palapa restaurant was very good and they had great, live entertainment most of the nights. There was also decent entertainment in the main lounge area at 9 pm every night. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The food at the Gabi restaurant needs a lot of improvement as it was not good. I think they prepare a lot of the food way ahead and so food that should be hot comes out cold. It was the only place open for lunch.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-5-2022

    The view was amazing.

The food was horrible. I have eaten better food at a hospital. The wait time to eat at one restaurant was over two hours and at another was close to an hour.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-22-2022

Numerous bars, nice pool. Friendly staff.

    The food was subpar.
