- The food was not good. 3/10 front desk staff not to friendly
- The staff, at check-in, didn?t explain how to get reservations for dinners so a lot of it was booked by the time we figured it out. Staff not very helpful. In the dining area, at times we didn?t have anyone waiting on us. Too many screaming kids.
- Too much time to make reservations for restaurants and long lines for questions to answer at front desk. Even try to call front desk multiple times and challenging.

Staff and his family who run the Lounge bar are exceptional. Extremely good service. Pool service is very good as well.
You have to get early and line up for dinner reservations or you have eat at the buffet. Limited number of reservations given out.
