Hotel Resslirytti

Good value for the money. Few minutes for the center. Friendly staff. Clean.

The hotel was so clean the bathroom the bed everything

A noisy door at the entrance but after 11 PM quiet

Location was perfect for Christmas markets, public transportation and beds were very comfortable. The attached restaurant was wonderful.

Not many breakfast options available, but the coffee and croissant offered by the hotel was good. Placement of plugs and mirrors were not convenient if you had to use adapters.

Nice location, friendly staff. Clean and fresh room, cosy linen and bed.

Great location close to Messeplatz and major corporate headquarters. Quieter than you might expect next to a tram terminal. Staff were very helpful. Pizza restaurant below is well rated. Close to a Migros and apothecary.

Bathroom noise between rooms was a bit louder than I’m used to but it was fine. Didn’t trust the WiFi. No small refrigerator

The receptionist was quite unfriendly. The room had a very unpleasant smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out for months. Even after keeping the fan running for several hours, the bad odor didn’t go away, which made it really hard to stay overnight. The room was also extremely small - definitely not worth the price

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The staff was also very helpful!!The location of the hotel was perfect for our first visit to Basel.

Friendly staff. Chris was wonderful. We enjoyed restaurant attached and staff there was fun. Hotel locations was excellent ???

Shower was super slippery and dangerous. If you have mobility issues the elevator does not go to the floor but in between so you still need to haul luggage up half a floor, plus walk up yourself.

One short tram ride away from the train station. Very clean and comfortable with great staff.

No complaints at all.

Good location, a few steps from tram and bus stops. Room and bathroom were clean. Hot water available at all times. Easy check-in after hours. Light continental breakfast included in the room rate. Fan to cool the room (no air conditioning). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice spacious clean room

Everything was grand and clean, excellent location in the city to access the tram service, just across the road.

Great location, good coffee, nice staff.

The water pressure and temperature were not great, and the bed was not super comfortable, but it was okay.

Nice location room very clean, staff very friendly, close to airport

Nice room to the backyard, large bathroom, friendly staff, uncomplicated and quick check in and check out, comfy bed

WLAN was just okay in my room

It’s close to the river, close to the ildtown and central, but quiet., The stuff was just amazing. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Can‘t tell really

Service staff was super friendly

Carpet was disgusting. Huge stains everywhere. For the price I would have expected a coffee machine or fridge in the room. You could hear everything from the corridor and I heard everything with the fire service coming in at 6am

Everything. From location, to how the stuff was, the place, and the room , the cleaning, the coffee, the food at the restaurant.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout stay. The room was nice with a very beatifil view. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful, close to major attractions.
