Nice quiet domicile

The bikes were in a dire state of repair. Unable to use unfortunately despite it being part of the establishment

The breakfast was very nice, lots of good cheese and salami, and variety of Brötchen. The property has a small beach that is very scenic and perfect for sunsets. The staff were very polite and helpful. They provide you a bus pass so that you can use the bus as you need.

It was all fine, cannot think of anything.

Quiet. Relaxing. Great Restaurant at the property. Really great staff. Excellent Hot room. At the beach. A Busstop right off the property if one does not want to use the car. Excellent Breakfast.

Very clean. Staff very kind though English speaking was indicated on overview and it was a struggle for them. Food good, location good for us and a beautiful area!

Communication- though a few waitresses who were younger were very able and willing to speak with us ?.

location and the attention to detail. for example they had three pillows for each person.

We came for an ice cream in the afternoon, and the waitress told us she had no time for that and sent us away even though lots of tables were empty.

The location is excellent close to the beach and walking/hiking area. The restaurant is warm and homey kind of place with super kitchen.

Not to put the blame on the property, but having a chain smoker under our window was not ideal. The smoke and smell came into the room until the window was closed. Maybe smoking should be allowed only outside on the spots reserved for smoking.

coffee was too mild, mattress gave my partner a bit back pain - not the most comfortable.

It was quiet, in the nature, close to the beach and Stralsund. Since only very few peopled stayed at the hotel we had our own private buffet at the table and it was really great. In the evening we ate fish in the restaurant and you could tell that ist was fresh and no frozen stuff. It was excellent Oh and don’t miss the salt grotto, it’s so relaxing. My husband fell asleep

Breakfast was ok.

When we arrived, the personnel was very rude. They were busy, but that’s not an excuse. They behaved very arrogantly, not only to us, but they were very snappy and unpolite to everyone. Not recommended. Towels and sheets smelled like cigarette very strongly, this was very unpleasant.

There were no soap or towels in the sauna.Staff was less than friendly, especially when seating us for breakfast or lunch.Public transport connection sometimes less than optimal (only 1 bus per hour during the weekend).
