Hotel employee was great and very, very helpful. Was visiting on business and this nice little hotel was perfect. Not roudy, or noisy, easy access to the beach. Location is great! Overall very satisfied with my stay and with their service. A+++

A little dated, the bathroom could use some repairs, but still satisfied with my stay.

The location is great, just a short boardwalk to the beach.

The air conditioning was out. I ask the manager on the 2nd day of a 5 night stay and never did get it fixed. The heat was set on 66 and it would come on when I would open the door to cool it off.

I personally prefer a higher number of staff to be available onsite, but it is off season and every time I did need something, the manager was immediately available by phone. I didn't lack for anything I needed.

They tried to update the room with new appliances and paint. Good community space that they could have activities.

Roach on the floor. Fake fireplace with no heat, no battery in remote, no curtains or blinds in bathroom windows, dirty towels left in bathroom, check in at 4 and office staff leaves at 5. We got there as staff was leaving.

Close to the beach . Very nice Community. Close to everything. the staff were very attentive. Room was very Very comfortable.

The mattress was a little lumpy. The steps to the beach really needed fixing. No other complaint's.

The location is steps away from thr ocean. The room was very clean and the price was on point.

The parking lot is a little tight for a larger vehicle.

They didn't change the sheet or pillow linings, they were dirty, the towels were old and smelled bad, they didn't have glasses or sugar for coffee and when I asked they said they didn't have it.

It was within walking distance of beach. It was close to Dollar General in Indian Beach. Our room had a kitchen.

There were no coffee cups or water cups. There was a cigarette hole in the bedspread.

Beautiful uncrowded beach down the boardwalk. Shower to wash the sand off before going into motel.

No daily maid service.

Close to the beach. Can bring your pet.

I saw roaches on our last night..we left early

Nothing. I'll never ever go back.

ROACHES (I took pics), water damaged walls, door trim broken from being kicked in, chipped wall paint, rusty light fixtures, boarded windows, terrible grounds. Claimed they were rebuilding from Hurricane but NO work was done the entire time we were there)

Close to beach with nice privste board walk.

There were roaches! The staff was working hard to make repairs and improvements after the last storm and eventually they'll get it up to speed.

It was dry inside ...and a place to sleep...

It's old.. room was not ready for us when we got there at four in the afternoon...a/c is a window unit that's really loud.. everything is out of date..

Its close walking to the beach. Love the distance from the beach to the hotel.

Didn't like how the rooms were too thin you can hear people and the TV playing. Other people that stayed in at this motel seem to be very rude, there was just too much noise.

Bed was not clean but had no choice bc no one in office or answering. So disappointed and upset.

I enjoyed how it wasn’t right in the middle of all the action. Not saying much since it was end of winter early spring, none the less I enjoyed the few hours I was there.

Thin walls, I could hear people snoring or their tv on, also my shower would make a squealing sound when I turned it ion & the water would puddle in the tub due to poor drainage.

Great little place in a central location to all events and a nice private beach

had first floor room with parking at door. full kitchen. bed really comfortable.

I had to get the night manager away from the tv in her pajamas to check in. The locks in the room were questionable. There is no beach access near the hotel or restaurants. The parking lot is difficult to get in and out of.
