Most of the lobby entrance doors locked. Restaurant was closed for several days.

The property itself was what you can ask for located in a wonderful spot and it was a beautiful hotel

I was attacked in the swimming pool area, which they have no cameras. They’re the only place in the hotel that they don’t have. Which I get it for personal/private reasons however they have a hot tub outside, which is where I fell and was hit repeatedly. The staff was amazing. However, it was just an unfortunate place to stay and it turned out to be one of their employees. Or at least the people that were staying in the room got an employee 50% off.

The stay at the hotel as a whole was a very enjoyable and wonderful experience between the staff and the hotel room everything is what I could imagine it to be it's exactly what I expected and then some in fact the staff and hotel exceeded my expectations I will definitely stay there in the future especially since I'm a rewards member now

There is not one thing that I did not like about the stay the hotel and the staff everything was absolutely awesome and wonderful and more than I expected.

Very well located, clean, silent, service is exceptional. Thank you very much to Jorge and Nada, who treated us as kings during breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

Had to pay $54 a day for parking. There was no discount for being a hotel guest.

Great location.Excellent service. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There were lots of choices, and the staff was very polite and hospitable. It was one of the best services I've experienced so far. The pancakes were delicious. We were seated at the table when a staff member took our beverage order. She brought us excellent hot chocolate and coffee. Can't ask for more!

Not a complaint, just feedback. I appreciate the live omelette, but it would be great to have a similar dish suitable for vegetarians (without egg and meat).

Getting cold foods after hours from the front desk instead of cold cabinets was really annoying! Then the sandwich I requested was starting to mold, very disappointing. Especially without being able to see the food before and no other options after restaurant hours. Never had this issue before. HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES BEFORE!

$54/night for parking is a rip off. Had I known you would rape my wallet beforehand I would have chosen a more reasonably-priced hotel.
