- thank the front desk staff member who checked us in Though I didn?t catch her name ? her name tag was covered and I was tired from a long drive ? she was around 5?7?, African Canadian, and soft-spoken. She went above and beyond to help us
- Modern clean design , nice shower and easy cooling system
- the receptionist greetings and welcome, room space, and the clean environment, located perfectly in the center.
Cons -
- First Room we were given did not have hot water and the phone did not work. Therefore we had to walk down to the front desk to get a room change which they did. They did not offer any rebate for this inconvenience nor did they when I asked.
- cleaning staff knocks too early to wake you up at 8:00 AM, while the check out is 11:00 AM.
- Lobby and all other facilities are unavailable during renovations.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card.
