Coast Prince George Hotel

it was fine if it had been a 2-star not a 4-star

Old dirty carpet. Bathroom walls dirty. Whole place was low-end and weird.

A nice clean modern hotel and room. I had a room on the 7th floor with a good view of the area.

The room was mid range pricewise, but no breakfast included. There are restaurants in the lobby but they charge extra for breakfast. For $--- per night I expect breakfast provided.

The restaurant and pool/hot tub.

The channel package was terrible. Nothing to watch. The shower drain was slow and water buildup

This hotel was listed as a 4 star establishment but it was dated, hall carpets were dirty. Our floor was non smoking but we smelled cigarette smoke in the room. I would give it a 2.5 star rating.

The bidet was cool

The bathroom door. It slides shut but there is a gap and it doesn¿t lock. Corners of the tub had mold. Not enough towels and no free breakfast like most hotels do. I¿d rather have that then a bidet which was really just in the way

The staff and their care and immediate responsiveness. Upstairs parking lot was good.

Pet friendly which is awesome, but no where nearby to let my pup pee. Also limited parking - looks like they are building more parking on part of the building, but I had a hard time finding a spot!

We didn’t have a kitchenette but we had a lovely fridge and coffee maker. The staff brought us wine glasses as we had champagne to celebrate a birthday and a retirement as well as Valentine’s Day! Loved the bed and everything in the room! Pool was perfect temperature as was the hot tub! The Coast gifted us a $50 voucher which we used the next day for a delicious lunch at Winston’s! I only want to stay here when I’m in PG!!

I would have enjoyed staying another day or two for sure!! Can’t think of any cons!!

In driving up the ramp to the upper parking my normal height car bottomed out badly on the steel “bump” and I’m concerned it may have been damaged. My room was extremely hot even though I turned the thermostat all the way down. Also, the toilet had not been fully cleaned.

Check-in and out went smoothly.

Noisy air conditioner. Smelly hallways. Old building. Carpeting old and dark. Needs lots of upgrades.
