The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of CAD 35 per night applies. Underground parking is available for CAD 21 per night, per vehicle. The hotel is refreshing select public spaces as part of ongoing improvements. Guest rooms are not affected. Some public areas may be temporarily unavailable. The refreshed lobby is expected to open in May. Please note that the fitness facilities, meeting rooms and the self-service laundry room are not available until April 30, 2026.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 250.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card.
