Ramada by Wyndham Kamloops

Dead bugs hanging from spider webs on the ceiling, a hole in the closet door, soap- shampoo dispensers did not work.

Location was nice. Desk staff was awesome.

A little noisy (but not too bad). Bed was possibly too soft.

Nice room, welcome package, and a nice restaurant on site.

No elevators to the 5th floor-expected seniors like us to carry our own luggage-I thought I had booked a ramada Hotel

It was the best shower ever! Great water pressure. Wonderful linens and pillows, so comfortable!

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

was not impressed by the lotion, shampoo and body wash. The shampoo did not lather- seemed to be the same as body wash. Not a huge deal, but could make a stay feel more luxurious!

Phone did'nt work, towel bar fell off the wall, bathtub did not drain., toilet had issues, flock of pigeons living on the roof outside are window.

It was available in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable and it served the purpose we needed.

Check-in took a long time. The stairwells are in need of a new coat of paint, and there was no body wash or soap in the shower.

Hotel did not have elevators and very difficult for seniors The rooms were dark and musty smell We didn¿t not stay there

Location convenience for my trip purpose

Should make aware that their elevator does not access all floors and there may be stairs to navigate. Not easy for everyone. (When facility is mostly full, requesting a change may not be possible) The hair dryer burst into flame when I tried to use it.

The convenience of the location. It¿s close to everything.

It stated updated rooms and nothing about them were updated. Opening the door to the bathroom if you wanted to sit on the toilet the door would open and bash your legs. Not updated old looking.

The corridors and general area was so dirty, bathroom had a grime. Not value for money.

There is nothing about this hotel that I liked.

Everything in this hotel is bad. I am not sure why it was even open for occupancy when they "claim" that they are renovating. No elevators, the room is dirty, the A/C is blowing dusts. The A/C grills are full of cobwebs and thick dust, carpet dirty.

THE HALL WAY IN THIS HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTLY FILTHY. IT SMELLED REALLY BAD. ASLSO OUR ROOM SMELT BAD AS WELL . THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN EITHER.

Close to shopping/fast food/hospital

The grounds were very dilapidated and unkept. The rooms were clean but the hotel had a very unkept appearance and carpets hall need very thorough cleaning or replacement. Renovations were underway but little evidence of that!!

It was noisy. Slamming door and plumbing sounds late at night

Corner room. Could hear 3 near by doors open and close Advertised swimming pool was just a hot tub Cleaning Staff were pretty loud early morning

Unpleasant experience, I understand the property is under renovation,we had to stay a night with the pungent paint smell. We booked 2 queen beds room, but the hotel offered us 2 twin beds.Since we were tired we didn't ask for a different room.
