Lobby & room smell

Location,staff,everyone was like Family!!

TV had a set volume and our old ears had a problem!!

This is a charming clean hotel. The room was quiet and clean. The staff were very professional and you could tell they enjoyed their place of work. The hotel is aged well and all things were functioning. The rooms are quaint but impeccably cared for.

Nothing to note¿

Quaint, large rooms, well aired rooms that didn¿t smell like disinfectant, theme well organized throughout hotel, continental breakfast with food groups provided,

Everything was to our satisfaction.

Classic feel. Loved the dog theme. Staff were polite and helpful.

The free breakfast was terrible! In my opinion, the egg sandwich was not fit for human consumption; I would have rather bought food from the gas station.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Good location right off the highway.

Old style but comfy n clean

No. Very nice for me

Besides highway

Breakfast was served in bags in limited amount and with few options to choose. All they served is packed food.

Great location, clean, comfortable rooms, free breakfast and coffee.

No king sized beds are available.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Free breakfast. Great value for money.

A little far from downtown but no biggie

7 The rooms they are incredibly unique unique and tasteful definitely not what I expected Ve ray quaint and different and comfortable loved this hotel

The hotel is very quaint. Looks like an old English Inn. The girl who greeted me at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean and again very quaint. It's only a short drive from the airport, so it was great spot to stay after a long day!

No, it exceeded all my expectations.

The overall ambiance of of the hotel was such a nice change from the sterile, impersonal look that (it seems to me) a lot of hotels are going for these days. Cozy atmosphere, and welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff.

Great solution to providing breakfast

I was disappointed that their restaurant had specials only available if we ate in rather than taking it back to our room. This didn't fit with the season of Covid. Won't eat there again

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.

Hotel is right next to the highway. Room overlooked the car park and had z view if the highway. Traffic noise. No sheers so people could see straight into the room. Tiny bathroom.

Hotel was very clean, staff exceptional. They were very accommodating allowing a late checkout due to our appointments. The bagged continental breakfast was perfect. Will definitely stay again

Loved the location and the room was very spacious

Miss having coffee maker in room. Especially when working

Central location, close to Sidney, Butterfly gardens, Butchart Gardens, VIctoria, Provincial Parks.

We were in a non smoking room, but it smelled of smoke.

It was just what I needed. I was to have surgery at the Saanich hospital and the hotel was only 5 minutes away. Worked out well.

Charming looks and cleanliness. Well maintained.

No icemaker at the moment.
