Breakfast not include as it was at our last stay her in January. $23 per night to park our car!. That was a rip off.

this is a no frills standard hotel i will visit regularly. service is excellent and breakfast (extra $) is very good. All in all they CARE!

The only issue is nearness to transit. City hall station is a good walk.

Functional and clean rooms. Easy access to Skytrain and hospital.

Close to a lot of restaurants, clean, nice toiletries

I did not like that there was not a free continental breakfast and I did not like that I was charged almost $200 in case of incidental fees(I prefer when a card is just held in case of incidentals)

The view is good. Beds are comfortable. Room size is good.

This hotel is really expensive for what you get. Many staff members are difficult to understand when speaking English. Housekeeping staff were often very loud in the hallway which was annoying.

Location and the beds were very comfortable.

The elevator was very slow. And when busy even slower. We waited for 6-7 minutes on a few occasions.

First hotel ive seen that denies using the TV HDMI. They only want you to use their tv for their program. I had booked a two guest room and all the room supplies were set for one person.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and the location is close to everything you could need.

The hotel is an older property, but very well maintained. The walls are not well insulated and you can clearly hear guests in adjacent rooms. Additionally, the hotel only has two elevators and wait times were way too long.

The view was stunning and a small window opened for fresh air!

The breakfast I ordered to go was a wrap and fruit. $15 wrap was just terrible, not even wrapped in wax paper just in a box. Fruit was poor quality and no plastic fork! Not worth the money.

Room Was clean

Parking . It is dirty , unsecured and expensive.

They worked on getting us in early when we arrived from our cruise because the air quality was poor & we couldn't be outside.

Their posting said that they had transportation services but they did not. There was no shuttle to major locations. Also the posting said that there was free water but in the room it said it was $2.

Fire alarm went off..evacuated. false alarm.

It is perfectly situated for the conference I attended only 8 blocks away on W Broadway. I was able to take the bus in front of the hotel to get there.

The price was high. Seems to me last year I paid much less. Next year, I'll look for something else.

The manager gave us a room upgrade for 1/2 the usual price, and the staff were very helpful, professional, and courteous.

Everything was great. In spite of being very close to the hospital, the room was quiet and peaceful at night.

Central to Mt. Pleasant and Fairview neighborhoods with easy access to downtown and other attractions. Clean rooms with a bit of a view. Many restaurants and shops within very close distance.

Sound travels very much through the hallway and thinner doors, but noise was not too frequent in my stay.

No EV charging facility, the front staff even did not know about supercharger for Tesla or other EVs.

Good location. Close to downtown and train. ALSO- Cleaning staff left dirty rags behind one day. Hairs in tub when we arrived. Fan in bathroom didn't work.

I paid extra for a room with a "city view." Pictures on website showed views with water and BC Place. We couldn't see either from 14th floor. The manager told me a city view was subjective. UPDATE YOUR PICTURES SINCE A CONDO HAS BLOCKED MOST DECENT VIEWS!

Good location.

Stained carpet. Would be nice if there was a hot tub. A bit pricey.

Arriving late Friday night after a long drive and wait at the border, the welcoming conversation of the staff at the desk and the beautifully furnished and prepared room and bath were such a relieving experience! I felt wonderful in my room and all over.
