- this is a no frills standard hotel i will visit regularly. service is excellent and breakfast (extra $) is very good. All in all they CARE!
- Staff /customer service
- Functional and clean rooms. Easy access to Skytrain and hospital.
Cons -
- The only issue is nearness to transit. City hall station is a good walk.
- I did not like that there was not a free continental breakfast and I did not like that I was charged almost $200 in case of incidental fees(I prefer when a card is just held in case of incidentals)
