City Hotel Kaiserhof

Location, close to my family. It's an older building but it's nice and clean. I'd stay there again. My wife loved the tub. The room was nice and bright and you could open the windows.

Love the location, it is very close to the train station and bus station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff members were friendly.

The room I got didn't feel as big as the photos here. Maybe it's just me. I felt the room was cramped for my height as 160cm.

Shower was good quality with enough water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Room was simple but pleasant.

I did not feel welcomed by staff. I experienced staff as if they do not care about their guests. They should have pointed out, that there is no parking anywhere close. Parking nightmare. Parking garage was too far away and too expensive.

The ladies at Reception got no interest in to guests sadly. the lady upon check in was angry of last guest which was on Black-list intended to stay over.Upon check out at 31.08 9:30 am the other lady was in mood to speak with her nativ Countryman and literally sent us out of hotel by two word; Das Was Tschüss The man helped us by finding Cabel. private room for a good price, the train station is maybe a 2min walk so when the trains decide to function you have a great connection to frankfurt. there's a bunch of places to get groceries nearby which is nice too. the staff was lovely and the lobby area looks very neat. the room is clean and has everything you could need, really great value for money!

Beautiful pictures decorated very well. Extremely clean, beautiful fragrance on the doorway or everywhere, so cleanly maintained with probably one staff, great. It is a value for money. I paid more, but because the week was events week in Frankfurt so, but still it was very less comparative to others. So not to complain, but again it is very very near the station, just four or five buildings away. Good for business stays.

Just a loud noise in the neighbourhood at night. But again, these are unpreventable, so nothing, it was a good trip and a good hotel. Sweet people with a lean managed team. I didn't expect facilities of a 5 star hotel. So worth a business stay.

They lied and it was same group I have mistakenly made the booking for my young cricket players who play for Bayern and a lady said at i can make other booking and this money will be refunded ,than after 10 calls they said they will give vouchers and ultimately ended nothing no refund no vouchers.

Quiet, clean, small room but it served its purpose.

Disappointing

The bathroom was clean, however the shower area had what appeared to be mould between the tiles.The breakfast was very boring.For the length of stay a bigger room would be expectedThe mattress was very poor quality.

Spacious hotel room with 3 beds. Close to train station for easy walking distance. Great op shop down the road that I highly recommend (turn left out of hotel room and at the 2nd set of lights is the op shop on the corner). At the first set of lights turn right and walk down to a mall. Great Japanese restaurant and close to other food places.

Just a little out of the main central area so we had to go back to the main train station to change for the airport train. But the local station was really close to the hotel so wasn't too bad.

The staff wasn't that nice. When I checked in, I wasn't asked for a personal document. Once a friend came in with me, the lady at the front desk wouldn't let us in the room I paid for without a document of my friend, which she didn't have at the moment.

The hotel was ideal for our purpose & not far to travel each day by car to the Messe. Breakfast was basic.

The parking facility was only street parking which was impossible to find a spot. However there was a multi-storey car park 400 yds away. Finding decent restaurants to eat at night was not around the hotel. Probably half mile to walk to find good food, although there was a few fast food places.

The very top room stank incredibly bad like a mix of dog pee, cigarettes and mold . Every time I would walk in to my room I would gag .

I loved the vintage decor, housekeeping came in everyday and made the beds and changed out the towels.

The hotel is on a very noisy and busy road, also definitely not the safest. We were lucky and had a room near the back so we didn’t hear much street/bar noise. The ‘blinds’ on one of my windows was broken so we had to rig it the entire time. Parking is a nightmare. If you’re lucky you’ll find a street spot, if not the parking garage is a good walk away. One reason I booked was bc it stated the hotel had AC. The room we received did not have AC. My sisters room did on the 5th floor. However her room and that entire floor reaks of pet urine.

Great location, reasonable price.

It was really hot in our room, even tho it was not hot outside. The radiator was making a weird sound in the middle of the night
