Best Western Smiths Falls Hotel

Location, cleanliness and staff. We were very happy to have breakfast included! Great coffee too!

My only complaint was that the bathroom door was a little difficult to shut and was creaky. Made it tricky to not wake anyone on late night bathroom trips

It has an outdoor pool, but it was closed for inspection.

The pool was closed during out stay.

The hotel room was very clean and the front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was basic, nothing fancy, but it met our needs. Location was good for what we needed, close to stores and amenities.

The pillows were too thick in our opinion but otherwise everything was great.

The breakfast buffet was the main reason I choose this hotel. As well as the location and how it was within walking distance to plenty of stores/restaurants.

Welcoming, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable beds. All in all a nice place and environment.

Everything was up to par.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the towels were new.

The breakfast time ended too early...6:00 - 9:30 a.m.

The hotel was very good. Breakfast was decent. Not near anything within walking distance but a reasonable place to stay if your in the area.

Excellent Hotel

Great location to amenities and near by towns. Our room was clean and comfortable. And also enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The breakfasts were quite good, but I have a couple suggestions:1; the sausages and eggs could have been kept warmer.2; The plastic utensils were terrible, please switch to disposable wood utensils. Also better for the environment3; For the sake of the environment, you should have recycle bins.

We tried to book our stay directly with the hotel, but your web sight apparently put it through an outside source which meant that we didn't earn any point for our membership.

Easy check in with the staff member later in the evening. She was friendly and efficient. The room was very tidy and the sheets were crisp and smaller pleasant.

I would recommend that the wifi password is written in the room

The room is not clean and cold, I even found the toilet was dirty and not clean , really bad experience with the hotel.

Our room was on the second floor no elevator no offer of luggage assistance. Stairs were filthy.

Air conditioning was so loud , have to use the noise cancellation earphone , very unpleasant for sleepBreakfast was very bland
