Elevator across my room was very noisy. Windows were filthy

The second floor parking level and carrying our own bags up and down the stairs

Walking distance to water

They have a band in the restaurant that played into the night. We were on the 5th floor & could hear it into the night. Hotel does not provide a shuttle to airport.

The hotel is walking distance to the water and shopping. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Great customer service.

The hotel is on the older side. I would have liked a bigger TV for the size of the room and the ac is a window unit that could use a cleaning. Didn't like Paying nightly for parking but I think most hotels in the area charge for parking.

The location was near Stanley Park and other points of interest. Enjoyed the Brewery Pub connected to the hotel. We tried several items on different days and was pleasantly surprised with our choices. Perfect size room for us.

Room was on road side, which is a busy street. You can hear all the noise from the outside unless the air conditioner was on. The air conditioner blew right on the person's head in the bed next to it.

Great location. Quiet on the back rooms. Friendly staff and was very accommodating for early checkin. Onsite parking that is reasonable. Good breakfast if you need to eat in.

Limited parking so sometimes it's full. It would be nice to have an EV charging. Little far if you are trying to meet folks from business district.

The hotel was terrible. We arrived in the entryway that was vomited that have not been cleaned up. It was dark. We didn¿t see it. We walked through it. Our suitcases were dragged through it. It was absolutely. The room is tiny with a view of the parking

When I booked this trip that hotel pictures made it look like it was right across the street from the beach and I selected what I thought was a room with a balcony interview with the ocean I really no room has a view of the ocean

The service desk was amazing- helped us get our taxi and figure helped with luggage.

The location is great. Pretty much right on the beach. Breakfast was good and we got a credit to the restaurant with our stay.

The room (522) was very noisy. The ice machine is right across the hall and sounds like it's in the room whenever someone gets ice. Thin walls as proved by the "couple" in the next room (luckily he didn't have much stamina).

The hotel location is great. Access to Stanley Park is a 100m away. Check-in was fast.

The beds had pillow top mattresses and were incredibly soft which made for poor quality sleep and a sore back. More supportive mattresses would be great.

Well located. Parking is easy.

The in room coffee machine was from another planet. I'm smart but couldn't figure it out. No instructions on its use anywhere to be seen.
