Pros +
- Staff were polite and easy to talk to also the food section was amazing
- Breakfast and dinner options
- Staff were nice, breakfast options were good, very comfortable bed
Cons -
- The aircon filters need cleaning they need to keep better track on the aircon units they have in the room
- The smell of mildew in the one-room shower/toilet area wasn't great. Carpet floor seemed old and gross. Tiny room, no place to set a small carry on. Expensive for this kind of sad state of a room.
- The TV system needs to be fixed so that all channels work, the rooms and parts of them need some TLC. While the majority of the staff were good, I think you need some leadership to set the tone, I was there for almost a week and unless you made eye contact with the reception staff or said hello, there was no ackknowledgment. The restaurant was good but the main meals were either very good or only passable, very inconsistent. Also, there needs to be more clarity on 'parking available', there are only 7 spots that have to be pre-booked and three of those spaces do not fit anything bigger than a sedan as the roof is too low for vans/SUVs.

The room was comfortable, the location of the hotel suited what I needed. It was a very quiet location and there were a number of spaces on the ground floor where you could find your space. I liked the complimentary water on offer, great idea.

The room was well set up the bed was the best bed i have slept in you have sent me a link so i can buy the same mattress .Over the years i had 3 major back operations and several mattresses thank you for the best 5 nights sleep i had in years thank you again
perfect as is
Toiletries, staff, decor
Broken counters, flooring
the car park is embarrassing. so small/tight. it was over booked & i had to wait for people to move their vehicles so i could leave. never stay there again
- Bed
- Inaccessible Parking (Costs $30, but you won't find it when you arrive)- Bad shower design (there's no door and no elevation and poor drainage, so water flows through to toilet, sink, and even outside the room)- Poor staff management and training (does not know how to work on the EFTPOS machines, says apple pay does not work even though it is wireless EFTPOS) (Cleaner opened our room and came in without notice)
Location, vibe and facilities
Pay for coffee at breakfast, parking options low
Beds were fantastic. It was quiet. We were super close to the park and other tourist stops that we just walked.
The buffet was a bit meh. The fact that to get coffee and eggs were an additional charge was a bit misleading. $25 for coco pops, bread and fruit is ridiculous. Breakfast includes eggs not just congee or sausages in a stew. Same goes for coffee. I expected the rooms to be small that's fine but no space to put your luggage and the door to the bathroom was heavy and it had a gap. Get new doors and close the gap. Ppl can see right in. The bathroom had mould and rust everywhere too. People get rowdy in the corridors at 4am was not appreciated. And disrespectful. The advertising for the property didn't line up with what I got. You need to do better. Don't ask me to pay a premium for a room and not offer the above.
The beds are uncomfortable, not flat, cause you to roll off
The fact that it was not over the top. Had a home feel rather than a hotel.
That I did not get a receipt. Was even asked to confirm email address for receipt and still have not received this.
Room service always left the room clean and tidy as expected with fresh linen sheets daily
The poor upkeep of the bathroom ensuite tiling and chipped paintwork with mould on vanity and floor joint to walls was very bad. Toilets were also unusually small and low.
Excellent location, modern rooms, well insulated (almost no noise between rooms).
Only one real negative that could be easily fixed; they cheaped out on the toilet paper. You can literally get better bog roll in public toilets. Otherwise, rooms were a tiny bit cramped, but not horrid. All up, generally okay and fine for the price point.
Clean, comfortable
Could hear people in the rooms around me
The breakfast included in our room selection was good, continental with good variety and nice drink selection. Staff were helpful and very polite. The barista made Coffee was very nice and value for money.
There was interruptions in the morning presumably from house keeping which made no sense as we only had a one night reservation and hadn't yet checked out. I found the room smaller than expected but it was clean and bed comfortable. Not as good value for money, parking costs extra and they were all full so we had to find street parking. With the risk of our car being broken into or damaged, luckily it didn't occur but was frustrating. Especially when the entrance to the car park is a nightmare to navigate and then to try to reverse out of after not being able to park there, if you have any car bigger than a Hyundai i30 don't even bother trying.
small but well appointed rooms very comfortable bed
Location Comfortable bed Foyer area spacious and well set up
Room is tiny, everything is so small, no space, air conditioning freezing, like ice, had to use heater to warm room up, asked for blanket and they didn’t bother to bring when they said they would, mould in bathroom
Room was very msll leb devyrv moofrtbael .tSffa not friendly seemed to self important and lack engagement with hotel guest. No Accor points too
Nice size for a solo traveler. Quiet and comfortable. It's a little tough to park with a bigger car so keep that in mind if you want to use the parking facilities.
