Pools, bar staff, breakfast options. Also, couldn?t believe how spotless our room was after daily cleaning.

Hard to find coffee before 6:30 am.

My husband walks with a cane and had a very difficult time walking around due to very limited railing.

Beach

This hotel is very dated 1980s looking and restaurant are very dated and not fine dinning like other resorts Restaurants has poor options of food - food is not good for the price you paid. Other resorts Restaurants have better food choices.

The location was great to watch the whales.

Our room mini fridge was never restocked for the entire week we were at the resort.

The service staff, accommodations, cleanliness, food choices and quality were all exceptional.

The management was unwilling to be helpful when we checked in and realized there were only two adults on our reservation instead of four, although I called 3 days ahead to confirm that there were four adults staying. I didn?t get an email confirmation.

I did not like the two menus at the restaurants. If it?s all inclusive, it should be all inclusive not up charge for steaks

The room was very nice with a great view.

The food was either really good or bad. Many times, the food was cold. Service at both the pool and restaurants were slow. The front desk staff was rude. I will not return!!

It is indeed All-inclusive on all meals and drinks with high quality cuisine around the world from 9 restaurants. Pools are superb. Beautiful beach front. Hotel staff are very friendly and helped us to resolve the fraud we encountered at Cabo airport.

A little away from Los Cabos downtown, but not too far.

The room offered was with two beds and to get a queen or king bed we needed to agree to a timeshare presenation.

Such a well maintained resort! Super friendly staff that are there to make your stay the best it can be. Even the spa is top notch and reasonable. THE FOOD was the best all-inclusive experience we have had. The sushi was so-so but certainly not bad.

The beach was the best experience of my life, in front of this hotel there is definitely an aquarium full of fish and sea animals. The fish come to swim at your feet at the edge of the beach. Snorkeling is an unforgettable experience, water is very clean.

Location, private, snorkeling, food options. Staff was amazing, always working to create positive experiences for guests. The whole vibe of the place was very calm and welcoming. Never thought our family would be into resort vacation and we LOVED it.

The best part of the hotel was the pool setup! It was large and you could decide which pool you wanted to hang out in or easily switch

The lack of pool seating was kinda rough.
