- The hotel's location was perfect; from there, we were able to walk to everything. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped us with directions and eateries. The room was also big for an Italian hotel. We were very happy with our choice.

- Bed too hard and quite a bit of ambient light at night from devices and light up switches, etc
- Minor detail: The heat was on we opened our windows to get some cooler air for our room so we wouldn't be hot at night. We faced a street that had lots of early morning activity. It's not a big deal...we just closed the window...but the heat works...well
- Not crazy about the family room... Big room for sure which I think was the main intent and it has a very nice bathroom.
