A lot of facilities for me traveling alone with two kids. They loved the colouring items they received upon arrival, the pool and the playroom.

When booking the hotel, I contacted the hotel staff directly to make sure I would be able to load my electrical car. This would not be a problem. In the end I took the car of one of my colleagues so I did not need any charging stations, but upon arrival I saw that the charging stations were only available from July 16th onwards. If I would have driven my own car, that would have been a big problem. So good for the staff to know that they have to communicate this to their visitors.

Clean, nice breakfast

No pillows provided on beds for kids. Therefore we gave pillow to them which meant the last pillow on bed was not great for sleep.

We found the room finally given to us comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the food and service in the restaurant . Great place to stay on our way down to the south

Unfortunately our room was not serviced and cleaned on arrival . Sadly this was our second visit to the hotel in the last 3 months and the same thing happened on our last visit . However the staff were excellent and immediately upgraded us to a better room .

Room does not get warm enough so we had to ask for a separate heater. The EV charger station doesn’t work. Dinner and breakfast was mediocre.

We arrived and met by an extremely helpful receptionist. She was cheerful and spoke good English . We went to the room and unfortunately the room had not been cleaned. When I went back to her she came and looked and immediately b changed our room and upgraded us . The restaurant staff were really helpful and the food reasonable and excellent. Plenty of choice The hotel location was excellent for us as a good place to stop over on the way down south . Plenty of parking too

Our first room was poor, electrical faults and space taken up by exercise bike. Complained and was quickly moved to superior room.

Location, friendly staff, different.

Matrass too soft; walls/ceilings look like old fashion cheap USA motel. Inconsistent quality of main dishes (dinner). Sink draining very much insufficient.

decorations, the hotel has character and makes the stay aesthetically pleasing.the toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel was from ritual and that was a very big bonus and pleasure to shower as the shower also was with good pressure and water temperature was great .

staff not friendly at all.don't look like they are happy to work there. breakfast options limited. and had to boil my own egg which is just unnecessary and annoying. the breakfast bowls and coffee mugs were chipped ! i find eating and drinking out of that completely gross.

Room was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and lots to choose from as part of an easy self service. The location was ideal for us, a bit busy travelling to the hotel but we were travelling at rush hour! Once there, it was peaceful and had everything we needed for a restful night in between a long journey.

Conveniently located and comfortable for an overnight stay to break our journey. Fairly basic, but clean.

Breakfast was poor value for money and the hairdryer in our room didn’t work. The ev-charging in the car park took 3 attempts to get working, but this is not provided by the hotel so they are unable to assist.

The outside and the nearby surrounding area, including the paved walks in the neaby wood.

The bed was far too soft, and the sheets were of poor quality, too small and not fitted. We constantly ended up on the mattress. A lot of noise from the elevator and echo from corridor and adjoining rooms. Key was not working. Had to go back to reception on the other side of the hotel twice and show my frustration to get it sorted eventually by very casually dressed ( jeans) and bad tempered hostess. Felt like the place was run by teenagers..in the morning we were expected to hike the whole length of the hotel to get a simple coffee as there is no coffee facility in the room.5 € to deliver room service which not mentioned when enquiring. No menu in the room. If you don't have a smart phone you can't access the information. What a malarkey! There are no bed side tables either which is very impractical..all they offer is a writing desk / bureau which is completely out of sink with their smart phone culture! The room is not well thought through. To top it all the shower hight will accommodate up to 1m60 at the very top and water was tepid after 10.00.

It’s looking a bit tired throughout but I’d guess a very expensive building to maintain. No fridge in room.

Location and secure parking

Oompah band and very poor buffet instead of a proper menu and relaxed Dining, after a long day riding. By all means have themed nights, but warn your clientelle first and give them a choice. PS why put an exercise bike and training bench with dumbells in my room ?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my daughter’s severe but allergy. Coffee tokens in the room were a nice touch. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

The decor style in the bedroom was a bit dated with dark green walls and pub carpet. However, it was spacious, clean and the sofa bed was comfortable.

The location was great, staff friendly enough

The pool was a little small and the food was pricey

Breakfast disappointing. No scrambled egg left, no bacon, no marmalade or apricot jam
