Excellent location to explore the Wine Route. Ample parking, easy to reach. The Alsatian room was large and had a balcony. First - class restaurant run by a Master Chef; breakfast with good quality breads and cheeses. Super nice staff

I would have liked a couple of shelves or drawers for our clothes.

Very disappointed. We were less interested in the hotel itself but were looking forward to the diner. This was way below expectations. Wine list with very high priced wines not at all in relation to the level of the diner.

Everything but we might have selected the wrong hotel and restaurant.

Hotel was outside of Strassbourg and there was great parking. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

It was cosy hotel,well decorate for Christmas atmosphere, the breakfast was excellent, we find in the room the welcome biscuits, they should be provided too the kettle with a complimentary tea and coffee.

The carpet in our room was spotted and ruined, it should be replaced, renewed…

The room, bed and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I heard from other guests that the restaurant is one of a kind, all is cooked bio. Because I was there for visiting my family, I did not have diner in the restaurant. All the personal was very friendly and helpfull.

FOUND THIS HOTEL TO BE EXCELLENT; OUR ROOM WAS ALSO EX. BATHROOM HAD A SPA SHOWER AND THE WATER WAS LOVELY AND HOT.. WE HAD AN EVENING MEAL AND PLUMPED FOR THE GOURMAND OPTION WHICH WAS SUPERB. THE BREAKFAST HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF OPTIONS.

NOT ANYTHING; WOULD JUST MENTION WHEN LOOKING FOR HOTEL THE ACTUAL BUILDING WAS RATHER HIDDEN BY A LARGE HEDGE AND WE MISSED IT THE FIRST TIME OF LOOKING; A HOTEL BOARD OUTSIDE WOULD HELP IN MY OPINION

Our stay was spoilt by the restaurant ! Very expensive for a simple meal for 2 ‼️Was charged for 3 beers when I had 2. The meal was €62 each ‼️And what was appalling was the wait in between course . We sat down at 8.00pm but did not get our mains until 9.00pm . Far too long to wait . Very small portions .

Very nice room, with enough space, toilet separated from the shower, couch and balcony. Everything super clean. Very complete breakfast.

The wifi doesnt work unfortunately and we werent able to use the tv for services like YouTube, netflix,etc

The bedroom was beautifully decorated and everything was cute. The staff was adorable and very helpful. The garden near the hotel has astonished trees and small surprising animals in plaster.

I think the breakfast needs more choices as bread for example, and some more choice of jam could be appreciated as well.

During our stay hotel restaurant had a private event. The lack of nearby dinner choices may be a consideration for future guests who prefer the convenience of having dining options within easy reach. However, it's essential to acknowledge that this aspect was likely influenced by the hotel's location outside the central area.

This hotel was a transit hotel for us. Comfort and cost fully correspond to the description.We would like to note the guy from the hotel team who showed us in detail where and what to visit.You can immediately see a man working in his place, respect.

Lovely hotel in the Alsace area. very friendly staff, both in the evening as in the morning with breakfast. Very good beds and very good breakfast, comfortable parking space at the hotel venue.
