The staff at this hotel provided excellent service and were always attentive to guest needs.During my stay, I unfortunately forgot to request a copy of my folio at check-out. After I had already left for another city, I reached out to the hotel to see if they could send it to me by email. The team responded very quickly and promptly sent me the folio in PDF format, which was extremely helpful for my business reimbursement process.I truly appreciate their efficiency and willingness to go the extra mile. Both the stay itself and the post-stay support were outstanding. I would gladly recommend this hotel to colleagues and friends, and I sincerely thank the staff for their excellent service.

I didn’t have any breakfast, but I loved how tucked in the hotel was, the duck pond was a wonderful surprise. A nice quiet location, yet close to everything. We ordered Dominican food from Comfort Foodie and it was delicious. I highly recommend.
Check in took waaaaaay too long. At prime check out times nobody was at the front desk. It was challenging as well because I had just had surgery and couldn’t stand long. There was no bell or alert device so I was just standing and waiting.

Location is great
Standards are falling down by the day, understaffed, intermittent cleaning, guests taken for granted, staff evidently look unhappy. The brand name is being sacrificed and guests may be slowly looking for alternative brands

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice. The practice was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable.

Loved the cleanliness and space in the room. It was a group of 6 and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, I rented the 2 bedroom
Could be more chairs in the room's dining area and also 2 waffle machines are needed in the community dining area.
