- Location
- The architecture was interesting. The atmosphere was a bit like stepping back in time to a very different sort of resort/hotel experience. It was nice to have cafe and restaurant options available in the hotel. The location was close to the train.
- Me and my wife stayed in a junior suit and it was absolutely beautiful. Food in the bar was really good too.
Cons -
- Very expensive and poor quality continental breakfast in bar
- The pool was strange. Dim, moody lighting and excessive limitations on when kids can swim. Limited and unclear access to cafe and seating area in the front of the hotel. Reception seemed uniformed about the local area, transportation options, services.
- Unfortunately, our room didn't have heat. The front desk tried to fix it and someone came to the room but no luck. Spoke to the manager the next day and she offered a discount the next time we stay. But she never took our name etc
