Riabela Inn

Charming traditional Portuguese resort facility. Warm wood accents throughout. Has not been ¿modernized ¿ to look like a hospital room. Everything was clean and refreshed every day. Staff were pleasant. Setting at the river was beautiful.

An underrated hotel, we enjoyed the big room, comfy bed, blinder curtains. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, and the amazing coffee!

The staff are extremely helpful- Sophia is amazing! Breakfast was always very nice, and the beds were very clean and comfortable. No nickel and diming for an extra towel or coffee. I enjoyed our stay there very much !

The staff was very friendly and attentive, which was a positive aspect of my stay. However, the room was not clean at all, which was disappointing. The hotel is quite old and feels outdated. In my opinion, it should be rated as a 2-star hotel rather than 3 stars, as it doesn't justify the price I paid. Additionally, the breakfast was always the same, with food of very poor quality.

Excellent location and value for money. 120€ a night mid August for a 3 bed room - we were 2 - with buffet breakfast included

A pity the hotel isn't better maintained. The electric plug in the bathroom is dodgy if not dangerous, the beds are old and uncomfortable and the TV tiny. But what amazed me most was when I requested at reception a toilet brush I was told that these had been removed since COVID days and this in all hotels around the world! Well following day I caught the cleaning staff outside our room and asked them for one and in a matter of minutes she put one in our bathroom ?

Breakfast not in the area of a 3 stars. Instant coffee, juice was water with taste, bacon was anything but bacon, bread like foam.The building had potential but it's not up to the level of 3 stars and the price is more like 4 stars. The website let it appear much better than life.

The closeness to the Ria, which enabled an awesome scenery.

The rooms had a constant bad smell. The staff was inattentive. The pool was drained even though it was 30º.

Noisy, leaking AC which dripped water inside the room. 2 loud weddings through afternoon. No lunch or dinner or bar service. Dirty pool and sun loungers. Very small bed for two people. Towels threadbare. Generally run-down and tatty and hugely over priced.

Price doesn't match the quality or the condition of the hotel... you have everything you need though. A bit far from the main beach area. There were no food or drink options outside of breakfast. Found hairs in the bathroom, cleanliness could be better.

I loved the location by the estuary, there is a mini store across the street, the staff was fantastic. I sprained my ankle in the morning and made it to this hotel, they supplied me with ice and helped me carry my food to my room. Parking is right in front of the building and they have an elevator for physically challenged like me today!

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The bedroom was fine and the bed comfortable but the hotel is generally a little tired. In view of the price I paid, I can't really complain.

We arrived by bike and there was no problem for storing the bikes but the nearest restaurant to eat in the evening was a good 20 minute walk. Having already cycled 80km we didn't really want to cycle again in the evening. The receptionist was very helpful and finally found us a taxi.

Really warm and positive staff. They all went above and beyond to meet our requests and were very attentive. First class five star service from everyone from reception to the cleaners. The pool was also very good

The Google review made out this was a four star which was not the case. No tea and coffee facilities, mini fridge, the bar was almost never staffed, no lounge, the business centre was closed, no room service, no on site restaurant for lunch or evenings. Cocoraches in room on arrival, one of our rooms the air conditioning was very weak. We had very loud parties disrupting the children two of the nights. The playground equipment was all aged and painted with the wrong paint or broken or generally unsafe.

The bed was dirty, the shower broken. The breakfast wasn’t good, the pool and the equipment are very old and dirty. For 95 euros per night we were expecting a lot more especially in portugal where good places can be really cheap. We are never gonna come back in this hotel and neither should you.

Nice pool, and landscape.

if you just want to stay close to Torreira with a nice beach it’s Ok, but if you want to visit Aveiro frenquently it’s far and the trip is tiring.

Nice breakfast and facilities.

One noisy night out of 15 nights it makes an acceptable discomfort.
