location and cleanliness

my vehicle was towed from a handicapped parking spot even though I have a handicapped placard the staff was not able to help me

When I asked for clean sheets to be placed in my room the lady cleaned my entire and folded up my clothes. That was so nice

Close proximity to Manhattan, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, $15 daily parking fee is reasonable compared to staying in the city

Appreciated the added security of needing to use your key card to enter the hotel/elevators after hours, but walking to the hotel at night after parking in the garage felt less safe. Please consider offering a valet service

The fire alarm went off in the morning and I didn't hear any announcement about being a false alarm. A lady who had a room on the same floor informed me.

Expensive breakfast. Breakfast staff was a bit pushy. Check in staff  was not friendly. But dry and short.

Everything was great! Staff were super welcoming..room was comfortable¿gym was nice.

The reception desk was very rude. They charged separetly for parking and plus they asked me to pay $16 for breakfast

I enjoyed the fresh breakfast every morning

The pool was a little cold the first two days finally the last day it wasn¿t as chilly and I was able to swim longer with my four year old daughter

Location to the Sojo Spa I was visiting and lots of good stores nearby. Also liked that front desk staff actually answered the phone right away. During recent stays in hotels, seems no one answers the phones anymore.

My room was nice but the toilet wasn't working and I didn't have enough bath linens. It was a double queen room; should've been at least 2-4 of everything. Housekeeping staff were quit loud in the hallway early in the morning. Don't plan to sleep in. LOL

Just the location.

The front desk receptionist was rude. The hot water went out and I was left with no hot water for almost 5 hours. Also, I couldn't sleep well due to constant clanking and pounding sounds from the bathroom. Cheaply made hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to all places (e.g, fort Lee, edgewater and Manhattan, etc.). Staff have always been welcoming, friendly, and professional. Hotel room is clean and disinfected wipes are also available which is nice

The heating system is really loud, especially at night. It would be really nice if different kind of pillows can be prepared (hard and soft). Overall, good experience stayed in the hotel as always, and definitely worths the money. Many thanks!

I asked housekeeping to replace the coffee machine that did not work. There was no response.

NICE DESIGN AND REMODELED

TOWEL WAS DIRTY, WAWTER WAS COLD IN THE SHOWER AND NOONE ANSWERED AT GUEST SERVICES, HOTEL SAID I CAN PUT USB IN TV AND WATCH VIDRO BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SAID I CANT.

The Location and parking area were the only positive things about staying on this hotel

This hotel Staff was extremely rude, the hotel is trying to safe money by keeping the rule to clean the rooms just when you book a stay longer than 4 nights which is ridiculous, stop using the Covid excuse for this. Loud sound transmission between rooms

This is our NYC trip hotel. We stay here every time we come to NYC. Love the location, especially free parking. One time my daughter left her stuffing animal at the hotel. The staff was very nice to hold for us till the next time we stayed there.

What I like best about this hotel is the pool and the location and the fact that you need a key to go up or down the elevator makes me feel very safe

I do like the pool but the pool is very cold and the air was on so it was very hard for me to go swimming with my 2 1/2-year-old daughter also certain members of the staff aren¿t very nice one woman in particular lastly the rooms could be cleaner.

could not find the front door since no Marriott signage. websites showed breakfast buffet displayed, site also says might not be available due to usual excuse, C-19, so, why is it a room price can be updated immediately but not this important feature?
