Pros +
- The staff was great
- The cleanliness
- The staff at the front desk and even the housekeeping staff were very pleasant, diligent and accommodating throughout my day.
Cons -
- The crib for my child was too dirty and it stank very bad, we had to leave him sleeping in our bed which was dangerous because at any time he could fall or we could crush him unintentionally, the good thing is that everything went well but I will definitely not stay in that hotel again, for the price that is too expensive and the location is not worth it for someone who was going to visit Time Square. I have been in much better hotels in NY and much cheaper with better views and clean, unfortunately on this occasion they were sold out that's why I chose to stay at this hotel but it was not comfortable at all as a parent
