Everyone was friendly and efficient

The sound level of music in the Restaurant, particularly last Sunday morning at around 8.30am 18th Nov. There was a female singer singing what could only be described as a dirge and murdered every song she sang

Location.

Main course was fine, the imitation panna cotta wasn’t even close. Supposed to be pineapple. Had merreinge crumbs scattered over it, really disappointing.No power in the shower, had to hold it in my hand. No extractor fan.Walls too thin, can hear noises from other rooms.

Slightly amateurish element to service but not unpleasant Woyld certainly use again next time racing at nearby mallory Park

A good breakfast, room was nice but the beds are not comfy felt as though the springs are coming through, the TV did not work and the shower was very poor, this was in room 5 !

Staff and food in restaurant

Lack of updates and improvements. Lumpy beds. Tiny TV with limited choices. Poor mostly non existent WiFi.1950`s era plumbing.

It had what you needed from a place but couldn’t use cups as were dirty bedding was stained bed noisy tv socket was loose and potential fire hazard kept clicking and making the tv cut out remote stopped working and got moved rooms to a very uncomfortable bed and noisy door throughout the night in the wind. Staff were nice enough but overall wouldn’t stay again

Location was nice and quiet

Room was very dusty and there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and in the bed. Not very clean.

The location was perfect for our visit to Bosworth.The bathroom, towels and bedding were very clean.Our waitress/barmaid was very pleasant and approachable.We had decent food.

Our room was a little tired and in need of decoration and some TLC, but was still good value for money.

The double bed was extremely comfortable and the room size was nice and spacious including a big bathroom. Carparking is free and there are plenty of places to eat close by.

Although heating was on for a short period of time it was not sufficient to warm the room meaning we had to put our coats on to the bed to be warm at night and I even slept in my clothes.The refreshment facilities provided just one biscuit and one small bottle of water so you will need to take your own.There was no hot water for hand washing just in the shower and this varied from hot to cold in a matter of seconds.I wanted to let reception know about my concerns before leaving a review to give them a chance to explain and all they responded was that the heating was on - which I had already acknowledge. Suspect they really were not that bothered.

I booked the bridal suite for a special night away and it was a little disappointing. Considering the venue prides itself on wedding venue hire I would be disappointed with the suite as a bride and groom. Room was basic with no little luxury items. Shower was depressing massively needs updating. It was quiet as a week night but no friendly service in the bar or restaurant. All in all for the evening dinner and room I paid over £300 and wouldn't go back.

The staff were very attentive to our needs.My brother and I sat in the very cozy bar while our dinner was prepared. Located just a few miles from the Mallory Park race track.Will definetely stay again when in the area.

Really quiet nice location and great food we arrived late and the girls on reception called to say the kitchen was closing we ordered over the phone and food ready as we arrived excellent service attention to detail Thank you.

The location is picturesque

We arrived at 10pm, as arranged. Note on door to allocate room, couldn’t get a drink after a drive from Cornwall. Room was dirty, stains on rug, bathroom had hair in it, bedclothes were itchy, it was cold and shower barely worked. Complained the next day, and have called several times since but only one response to say the manager would call me, and they haven’t.

every thing was nice but constant gurgling from radiator disturbed sleep did ask the staff to bleed the radiator but fell of deaf ears

good location for work and the gym

cold room noisy radiator that sounded like water constantly flowing through, this woke me several times in the night.small tv poor show that didnt have much power and the temperature was difficult to get right.

Nice location, breakfast ok, paid extra for a better room it turned out to be worse than the two other rooms allotted to our friends. Five of us dined at the restaurant. The waitress did not write down our orders which we queried. One meal was forgotten reordered we had all finished eating when the missing order came. It spoilt the occasion.

Poorly decorated room

Great location. Breakfast manager should be running the show. She’s on fire! Restaurants lovely.

Rooms are clean but very dated.
