Great location and very helpful staff.

The hotel is in a great location and it looks nice. Rooms are very clean.

I called ahead to see if I could check in half an hour early but was told no rooms were ready yet. During my stay I found a few challenges I wish I had known about in advance: there was daytime construction, loud roof parties over the weekend, and some wear in the room itself. The bed had a noticeable indentation, the bathroom fan was extremely loud, and the toilet kept running.Since this is a pet-friendly hotel, guests should be aware that there may be barking in the rooms or lobby. There also wasn’t any drinking water in the room or available for purchase, which is tough when you need water for medications. My room was not serviced during my stay, and breakfast and coffee service, while decent in quality, was quite slow.I received a text from the hotel asking about my experience, and I shared these concerns, but unfortunately never heard back. I didn’t use valet parking, though I did notice that other guests were waiting quite a while for their cars.Overall, the location is great, but I think there’s room to improve on communication, service consistency, and amenities.

Close to wedding venue. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it wasn’t explained how this worked when ordering at breakfast bar. The eating area was bare bones and freezing cold. Cold because automatic doors weren’t working and they kept a door propped open.

Everything was great. Comfy bed, clean room, and ideal location. Valet parking was chaotic due to the large number of people staying at the hotel but that was to be expected. The valet attendant I had the evening I arrived was the same one I had the next morning and he was so fantastic! Wish I could remember his name but he even made sure I buckled up for safety upon departure :)

Wish there was more room for the valet service but it's a city so I didn't expect anything beyond what it was. That wouldn't have been realistic.

The decore, politeness of staff, cleanliness, and mannerisms of staff. food was good.

I booked a kingroom for two, but on arrival was informed room was too small, so we were upgraded to a double queen room, and l was not informed l would be charged for it. But on checking out, l informed booking.com, and this was sotrted. Secondly, I got stuck in one of the lifts twice, which gave me a panic attack . Of which l reported on the second instance, but it was still in service for a while.

The location was fantastic, as well as the cleanliness and comfortability of the hotel.

Parking was either valet or street parking.

I didn't like that there wasn't daily room cleaning. Had I known, I would have chosen another hotel.

The location is great. Getting to the rooftop could be improved. Overall, the hotel needs updating.

Clean room, comfy beds & plenty of room. Great little fridge & clean bathroom. Always love the key cards with celeberties pics. Love the location & many surrounding restaurants.

Bed was soooo comfortable. Everything in room was very clean. Smart how you put out just 1 set of towels on bathroom racks but 2nd set underneath the sink.

Bathroom was a little tight but fine. We were only there for 8 hours so we didn’t see anything else.
