The location was great! I didn’t have breakfast.
The bed room was too clean. There were dirty stains on the bathroom counter, the rug and on the desk in the room. The chair was dirty too.

Room was comfortable and nicely sized. Front desk staff was nice.
I originally was given a room on the second floor - and the window overlooked the mezzanine right outside. So I asked to switch - and got a strange room tucked under the hotel superstructure. Also the restaurant was really cold and dark - not inviting at all. Might want to think about moving it to the lobby.

They need more airport shuttles, having to wait for over thirty minutes really made it inconvenient

Good size room, comfortable bed and pillows. Love the free water that was filtered near the elevator.
I thought it was at airport, but you need a shuttle to get there. They were nice to pick me up at the other Marriot in the airport because I thought that's where I thought it was. Could have been cleaner. Did t get to have breakfast as early flight. Should get a discount

The situation is great, near the airport and easily accessible by car. Rooms are nice, bed too and bathroom was clean. It’s what you expect for an hotel in this range of prices.
The staff was not friendly at all, neither at the check in or at the check out. I paid for the option breakfast on booking but the access was denied to the breakfast because it seems to not have been put on the hotel’s system. The staff told me to go to a room on one of the floor of the hotel but it was closed and my card didn’t open the supposed breakfast room. Also, the parking is a paid air parking. I was aware of that, what I was not told or aware because it’s poorly indicated is that you have to pay BEFORE the night. I ended up with a 75$ fine + the price of the night. That’s very not fair from the hotel to not put a warning in the rooms to explain the system. I suppose it will kill the business they might have with the parking manager. I guess you must go there if you are obligated, but don’t go there if you have the choice. The hotel itself is nice but all the rest is not what you expect by paying this amount of money.

I want to share my thoughts on the Delta hotel near the Philadelphia airport. First off, the facility is beautiful and inviting. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any information or requests we had. I'm particularly grateful to employees like Sinai, Reshaun (from Jamaica), and Jordan.Moving on to the room, taking the elevator up was a pleasant experience, and the lobby made a great first impression. Once we entered our room, we were thrilled—it was exactly what we needed for our getaway. The space was large, the lighting was just right, and the carpet was clean with a refreshing scent. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was neatly made, and we had a lovely view. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. If you're headed to Philly, I highly recommend staying here. Even if the rates are a bit higher, the quality is worth it. Fortunately, we found a good deal online, which we were very thankful for.Overall, I can't say enough about how fantastic this hotel is. The staff is wonderful, and everything felt welcoming, including the friendly barista at Starbucks who made my coffee just right. I give this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10—100% recommended! We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended it for an extra day. This hotel is definitely a great choice!
