Key didn’t work on door, had to get 10+ new keys. Staff was very rude on the situation. Door lock was broken, waited over 2 hours for maintenance to come, couldn’t get into our room.

No coffee or refrigerator in room Electronic check in sucked

I don't like the Vultures from Hilton waiting by the only elevators in Carson Tower

It has a cool photobooth. There's neat pokemon card machine, but it gives garbage. Fremont St. experience is neat and the hotel has a beautiful facade and marquee. Probably more comfortable for smokers in their 60s and 70s.

Smells like an ashtray. Stained carpets throughout. I watched the Chick Fil A employee chase a fly around for 5 minutes, catch it, then accidentally let it go again. Lots of crackheads on the street. Most of the street performers were strippers, no thanks

Conveniently located

The fact that despite me purchasing and paying for my room, I had to pay an additional “resort” free of $52/day that was hidden in the fine print.

The rooms were old, dated, unclean. I was moved from one room that was not sanitary, to a room with a non draining sink.

It was not fully functional.

I do NOT like that we upgraded our room for $33 a night for coffee and fridge which was incredibly small and it only included 4 k cups for 7 nights. The $ you are charging for Kcups is INSANE. Will NEVER upgrade again! You should be upfront about this!

I did not like the very small bathroom and narrow bathtub. Did not like that our tub would not drain and I was standing in 2 feet of water. And I definitely did NOT LIKE THAT THE WATER SLIDE WAS CLOSED AND WE WERE NOT GIVEN PRIOR NOTICE!

What we like best was the restaurants they had inside casino the chick fil a came in handy for our kid being a picky eater!

We booked at the golden nugget for the pool experience because it had the slide and aquarium for our daughter only to get there and find out the aquarium and slide were closed and no explanation was given to us!

Pool hours were cut short for children. Shark tank and slide were out of service

the toilets are child size. I had to go to the casino to go to the bathroom. no comforter on the bed. noisy. you can visit other people in your party unless your in the same towerl!!! they have to leave their room and come to get you you.

Room was disgusting. Toe nails and trash on the floor. Hair in the bath tub. Bathroom floor masty. Furniture dusty. Couldn't get anyone to do anything about it.

My wallet and shoulder bag were stolen from my hotel room!

Pool and located away from the Strip.

Elevators at parking garage cannot handle mass check out crowds.

The table dealers were friendly. The pool looked great.

Our room was spacious but the bathroom had mold and rust in the showers and the floor, the ac was so loud each time it came on it woke up up, the noise outside was very loud and the mattress was buckled on the middle making it not comfortable sleep in.
