Hotel New Regina

Central location near public parking. Comprehensive breakfast included in satisfactory room price

No "Hotel" sign or street number, no "Entrance" sign via narrow street access. No internal signage emerging from lift. Elderly clients do not rely on smartphones to find their way around. "Opposite the Museum" no use if you don't know where the museum is

The hotel location is perfect as it is directly across from the Grand Place and you are located directly in the square. Breakfast was very nice....the hotel clean and modern. Staff friendly and excellent. I would and will happily return.

Smokers on the patio was my only concern and I went elsewhere on one occasion to avoid this.

Breakfast was ok, room small, location the best in town.

Reception was almost in the kitchen, all the smell goes to the floor and the rooms

No botteled water in the room. Would be 10/10 if there will be bottle of water in the room... everything excellent.

The breakfast was excellent! Selection was great and the opening time worked very well for me since I like to get an early start on the day.

I wished the heat was turned on in my room prior to my arrival since it took a bit of time for the room to warm up.

The staff was excellent, breakfast was great and the location was awesome. Peter was amazing and gave us so many tips.

We didn’t have heat however it wasn’t really cold.

Our room was overlooking Cloth Hall with a beautiful view of the square.The breakfast was comprehensive.The room was impeccable with lots of space especially for hanging clothing and storing suitcases.

There is nothing that was not enjoyable with regards this property, highly recommended.

Good breakfast, clean room , helpful staff. No on site parking, but the centre car park is free from 6pm till 9am. In two days we spent around 6 euros, as we were generally back in Ypres by 4 pm and out in the car by 9:30.

Carnival in the town square outside the hotel was cheap and ugly

I can see that parking might be an issue if Ieper was busier, although we had no issues

Towels worn out very thin and small. Thought parking onsite was available but able to access paid parking in square which was fine

The location was amazing and the breakfast was lovely.

The AC didn’t work very well and it was quite warm in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, updated. Breakfast was delicious.

Situated directly opposite the flanders fields museum and the main market square. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Menin gateRooms are a very good size with comfy bedsAmongst all the bars and restaurants

No parking directly with hotel (payable parking is a short walk away)

The hotel is in an excellent position overlooking the market square and right next to Flanders Fields museum and short walk to Menin gate. The breakfast was excellent!

Rooms are quite small but otherwise very comfortable!

Easy to find. Very clean room and a little space. Lovely to be able to open a window and have fresh air. Fabulous breakfast.

Towels were a little small and thin

This is our third time staying at the hotel. We love the location and breakfast.
