- Central location near public parking. Comprehensive breakfast included in satisfactory room price
- The hotel location is perfect as it is directly across from the Grand Place and you are located directly in the square. Breakfast was very nice....the hotel clean and modern. Staff friendly and excellent. I would and will happily return.
Cons -
- No "Hotel" sign or street number, no "Entrance" sign via narrow street access. No internal signage emerging from lift. Elderly clients do not rely on smartphones to find their way around. "Opposite the Museum" no use if you don't know where the museum is
- Smokers on the patio was my only concern and I went elsewhere on one occasion to avoid this.
