Breakfast is great, people are super friendly and helpful.My room perhaps was a bit small and slightly darm and the pillows could have been better but I guess that is personal als well.

Well situated, good room, clean.

Internal pool cold, very small jacuzzi for such a big hotel, hammam without heated seats and no steam.

Location cleanliness was good.

Breakfast isnt the greatest eggs poor ran out of orange coffee machine broken and long qué for it. Also had dinner there and bit miserable and refused to split bill for work dinner.

I thought it was a lovely hotel very chic the bed was very comfortable and really liked the bathroom arrived late the reception was very organised key ready and waiting and very quick

Indifferent front desk straff, take it or leave it attitude. Patronising restaurant supervisor - made it MY fault she was not at her station when we went in for breakfast...very strange customer service.. Room service was a disaster...seems NOBODY understands a language called ENGLISH !

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were exceptional.Breakfast was excellent.Room was clean and neat.

The bottle of water in the minibar was half empty. So it was used already and not replaced.The broadloom carpet was disappointing. Wood or other flat surface is more hygienic.Only a few flemish TV channels were available.In general, the price was very high compared to the comfort.

Employees service. Could improve a lot at front desk and at restaurant. Also property charged 25€ for early check-in. Not so ever this happened to me in any hotel in the world.

Friendly staff, found a place to store our bicycles. Food was good especially the desserts.

Oud family room was beautifully decorared and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing. The play córner in the restaurant is very well stocked with Nice toys.

- there were members of a football team down the hall and they were very loud at 10pm- childrem can only enter the pool at very weird hours. (Like from 7 AM till 8:30 AM). If we had known beforehand we would have chosen a different hotel.

We loved our stay at Hotel Van der Valk Nivelles-Sud. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. The room cleaning staff was also very friendly and kind. Our stay was perfect. There is also a shopping mall with some restaurants near the hotel.

Stylish property with a great restaurant, bars and a wellness facility. Excellent reception staff and good service in the restaurant. Parking was very good with a dedicated area for motorcycles near the main hotel entrance. Room was very comfortable and beds were good. Air conditioning in the bedroom was also very good.

The WiFi needs to be constantly reset on your phone or tablet every time you stop using using it, even for a under a minute. The breakfast display looked impressive but was badly laid out and finding simple things like a spoon very difficult. A case of style over function which I don’t need first thing in the morning. The bathroom door in the room (1017) has a spring hinge which makes a very loud ‘crack’ sound every time the door was opened. Very noisy if sharing the room with someone else.

Great hotel, close to motorway, amazing customer service, amazing breakfast especially, some of the best hotel breakfasts if ever had. Good value for money if you look at facilities, quality and service.

We had a family room for one night to split the journey on our way to Paris. The room was great and ideal for our family of four, and our dog. We had some drinks and snacks in the bar at the hotel. In the morning a swim in the pool was a great break from the monotomous time on the road. There is a small shopping mall across the road.

We arrived in the evening. Probably because there was a reception and the bar was the highlight of the area, it was difficult to find a parking space. The surrounding area is nothing more than a highway and shopping mall. Nothing to write home about.
