- Everything.…from the buffet to the restaurants to all the amenities. It was perfect for us.
- Staff was very nice and accommodating, food and drinks were amazing, the resort was very clean, and the ambiance was very tranquil.
- The grounds were very pretty, bartenders made good drinks, staff was very good!
Cons -
- Regret booking what is falsely advertised as a 4-star all-inclusive adults-only resort. Key issues: Theft in Room: My colleague’s backpack was tampered with and cash stolen shortly after housekeeping entered. Shocking Customer Service. Head Concierge
- No, everything was perfect.
- Some of finer cleaning details in the room were missed. Not the hotels fault but a lot of segrassum made beach unusable. Tips for travelers for this resort take a card that can be left in the slot in the room to keep the AC running, men bring pants.
