Staff was very nice and accommodating, food and drinks were amazing, the resort was very clean, and the ambiance was very tranquil.

No, everything was perfect.

The grounds were very pretty, bartenders made good drinks, staff was very good!

Some of finer cleaning details in the room were missed. Not the hotels fault but a lot of segrassum made beach unusable. Tips for travelers for this resort take a card that can be left in the slot in the room to keep the AC running, men bring pants.

The pools

The hotel felt like a 3 star versus a 5. Things are not well kept and staff is not friendly or engaging.

It was modern, clean, and had attentive kind staff.

I was disappointed that when I checked in that they could not offer a king sized bed the first night. I was also very frustrated that the hotel took until the last day to acknowledge the diving excursion included in my reservation.

On New Year?s Eve, we were unaware that we had to make a reservation to eat anywhere. That night we had to make a reservation for the food court at 8:30 and when we went to eat they wouldn?t seat us because they did not remember us nor give us a ticket.

The food was the best thing about this hotel

This hotel paid special attention to people of a different ethnic background than mine. I was over looked at the pool bar multiple times, not just me but the other five people similar to me

We return to this resort because of the staff. In particular the bell man. He is so helpful and makes our stays extra special.

The lady at the Rodeo grill who checks you in is very cold and rude.

The food was great and the pool was warm and nice! Everything was close by to our room and the fire show was great!

We had many miscommunications with management. We traveled during hurricane Beryl and their communication to guests reguarding safety was nonexistent. We were told we could stay for free after our flight was canceled and got charged $--- to stay.

The hotel smells like mildew really bad! Invest in aroma diffuser. throw pillows in the room smell mildewed. They need to mop the floors bc it felt sticky. I didnt feel the hotel was clean. Food is not good except the Japanese. Buffet is a no!

Spa was dangerous, looked up and saw someone in the area looking at my girl while we were face down, he was not part of the staff!

We had makeup on our sheets one night, blood the next. Couldn¿t get clean beach towels, despite calling four times. Don¿t lose your key or that¿ll be $9! Our sink and shower drains did not drain. One person got food poisoning a couple of nights in¿

The hotel was lovely! It felt secluded and private despite being not very far from Playa Del Carmen. The staff was excellent, they all worked very hard to make our stay pleasant, and were super friendly - shout out to hotel employee! Food was great too!

By the beach close to Mayakoba (where I needed to go)

Food was below average. You dont expect great food on All inclusive, but even the French fries were soggy. There wasnt one thing that was above average.

Great physical assetts in a great location. All the basic requirements to provide a proper 5 star experience....but alas, the people piece falls short as do the food, cleanliness and attention to details.

Front desk & Room Service Management were brutal and working against the best interest of the hotel. Extremely slow service, numerous incidents of "cash grabs", asking for cash for basic offerings such as fresh towels or bottled water. Fairly dirty.

The resort is huge and beautiful. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The beach is easy to walk to and well kept. I found a chair with an umbrella everyday I wanted one. The pool was also wonderful.

The food could have been a little better, but was on par with most resorts in Mexico.

Beach was clear this time no seaweed at the moment but many rocks water shoes are ideal.

The hotel communal spaces are beautiful. Great pool and beach. The restaurants are pretty good, but the a la carte food is not necessarily the best Italian, Japanese, or even Mexican weve had. They upgraded us to a Platinum suite for free.

The hot tub on our balcony kept malfunctioning. First night worked fine, second night wouldnt fill, maintenance fixed it but then third night the jets stopped working. AC also could have been colder. Food is alright, but a la carte isnt amazing.
