The room was comfortable and very quiet. The staff was excellent and the included breakfast and room service was top notch. The pool and gym facilities were great as well.

I killed mosquitos in my room each day and had multiple bites. I also noticed one when having breakfast at The Post so I don¿t believe it was isolated. The water pressure in the shower would drop to a trickle while showering.

Everything, staff were exceptional, room was exceptional, cleanliness was exceptional, facilities beautiful, room service was delicious, breakfast was delicious, mornings were so quiet even in the middle of the city

Staff were very helpful and kind, room was very large with a great bathroom, very clean, great breakfast.

We had one iron that tripped the circuit breaker, the next iron spat out brown water from the steam which stained a top. Unable to iron after that as we were only given a useless small steamer. Pillows had zero support we both had neck ache, mattress extremely soft and we ordered 2 glasses of wine to the room which took over 40 minutes to arrive.

Probably the best hotel in Perth. Absolutely elegant, beautifully finished. Customer service 10/10. We were upgraded to a heritage room and 100% will be back again

That I didn’t stay longer

Breakfast was excellent! Good value for money. Loved the room -spacious and well appointed. Calming colour scheme which encouraged relaxation . We thoroughly enjoyed our exquisite 4 course meal at Wildflower.

Our Wednesday evening dinner at Post with family members was a little disappointing. Slow service, ordinary pasta course…..not up to the usual high standard we’ve come to expect of Post.

A truly beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, surrounded by fantastic cafés and restaurants. Everything is just a few steps away, which makes the stay feel effortless and inspiring. I especially recommend Telegram Coffee, located right in the hotel’s historic building — amazing coffee and such a charming atmosphere. The spa was exceptional, and the massage was one of the best I’ve had. The service was warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful.

So professional and welcoming !! The staff were such beautifully people and happy to help. They upgraded our room after our flight was cancelled and we had to book last minute so this was such a good end to our bad day. The room was absolutely sensational all the small touches don’t go unnoticed.

A wonderful respite from the usual bland and corporate 5* hotels. Possibly the best ever hotel breakfast.

The door key is annoyingly large and cumbersome. There was no one to hand it to on reception before my early morning run.

The staff were dedicated professionals that made the experience personable and welcoming. Peter was exceptional at arranging our cars and having them ready and waiting. The Post was delicious for breakfast and the room was luxurious and comfortable.

A beautiful hotel, luxurious, relaxing, amazing staff. We loved the heritage of this building a surrounding buildings. Breakfast in the old post office was exceptional.

For the price they wanted you to pay for use of pad and pencils, no toothbrush/paste, unlabelled water, $80 for Valet parking, and price of room for…

Fantastic in every way. Loved the central location. The rooms are just gorgeous, spacious airy and light. Beautiful bathroom. The gym and pool are great and very quiet. The staff were without exception so friendly.

It really wasn’t an issue for us but if you had mobility issues it might not be suitable. There are a number of steps and most of the elevators were out of action while we were there. It’s only a couple of floors so not a big issue

Top class service and attention to detail over all aspects of our stay. Friendly, respectful and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. A complimentary room upgrade was an unexpected and much appreciated treat on the occasion of our wedding anniversary.

Service was great, room was lovely and the complimentary items in the mini bar was very appreciated. Breakfast was of a very high standard again with exceptional service. Will gladly stay again.

St Georges Cathedral bells 59 minutes tolling for Pope Frances were beautiful I may have to wait a long time for a repeat experience
