- The room was not cleaned, I had hairs in the bed inside. A lot of noise, people speaking like nobody was staying at the hotel and could hear all the noises from the kitchen and restaurant. Also, the hot water came 30 minutes to come
- I really wanted to avoid writing a bad review but as Ive been ghosted by the property regarding my refund, I guess I have no other choice. When I got to my room, the door was ajar and it had not been cleaned from the last guest. The bed was unmade and the bathroom was dirty. I genuinely felt unsafe in this hotel so I left. After contacting Booking.com, I received an email from the hotel letting them know about my experience and they assured me that Booking.com would refund the 400 I paid. Then the hotel ghosted me. It feels more like a hostel than a hotel.
Cons -
- First of all there is no reception or an office to help . Besides that, the music downstairs is too loud .. I couldnt sleep until 4 am ( I would rather sleep in the street) . Last and most important thing there is no shower water as shown in the video below .. so imagine waking up after all this to take a bath and leave And you find no water .. worst hotel experience ever !
