The location was excellent. The breakfast was good.
The pull out bed was not comfortable for an adult.

Very nice, would definitely stay here again!Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! Beds are comfy. They provide feather and regular pillows. Furniture is easily wiped clean of sand.Rooms are big, plenty of room for our family of 4.
Things to know:There are only a few rooms with ovens. If you get one of them BRING your own COOKWARE. NOTHING is provided for oven use. Bring a broom! The rooms don’t have them and the bi-daily housekeeping does not sweep.Very little parking on-site, you have to use valet. But the valet guys are great!

The suite is very spacious and the full size kitchenette is nice. The balcony and bedroom views are to die for and the staff was always very helpful. Breakfast choices were phenomenal. The location is perfect and there are lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
It would have been nice to have a working fan in the bathroom so it doesn't get so hot and steamy during showers (no air conditioning in there).

Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly.
Room was short shampoo and body wash. Comforter was bunched with it's fill. When needing coffee supplied with room multiple requests made before supplied. Balcony door was in need of replaced because discoloration between glass.

The location was excellent, the staff was always friendly, it was nice to have a included breakfast every morning. The room was clean and spacious.
The dishwasher was attached to anything and the bed could use a new mattress. Otherwise it was pretty good stay.

The room was very nice. Three of stayed in a King Suite will pull out sofa bed. Location is great, property is beautiful
Breakfast was not great. Could not cut the sausage patty, biscuits were hard. Was happy with fruit and yogurt, but I got the last of the cut fruit. Bowl did not get refilled. We were there at 9:15. Barking dos in the unit below us was irritating.$40 is taxes for one night is ridiculous. I know hotel does not control that but it has limited my trips to Virginia Beach. I used to go 2 - 3 times per year. This year was once, next year probably will not go at all

The staff was amazing. Room was clean, comfortable and accommodated us perfectly.
Laundry room. While great they offered it, it seemed abused by guests who didn't come and get their clothes.

I love this hotel. Stayed here six times. Will book again. Excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast, restaurants and shops close to hotel, clean. Five star hotel
