All the amenities you need. Large room and very clean. Location was good, just minutes from food n stores.

3 days from checkout and still haven't seen deposit back yet but hope it will be soon.

Room is nice and spacious.

Hotel price dropped $100 overnight, the night after booking. The hotel was very gracious and offered to help us price match, and said to request to cancel the booking and rebook. Then things got weird: they took a long time to respond to the request, and then ultimately denied it. And then, things got weirder: the conversation with the manager Jenn was worse than unhelpful. She seemed to just make up things and gaslight me at every opportunity. In 15 minutes, she strenuously argued that:1) I had called a different place by accident the day before. This was wrong; she was also referring to notes in her computer system from the call from the day before, which one of her co-workers had written down! Weird. 2) I had asked about switching dates, not a price match. This was wrong, I hadn't, and it wasn't in her notes about the previous call. Weird.Why couldn't Jenn just take 2 minutes to figure out who I had talked to the day before (there are only 3 front desk staff) and clarify the details if she didn't trust or understand me? I'm not sure. Here's the problem: Booking.com would have happily price matched, but the first person I spoke to at the hotel and Booking.com encouraged me to do it their way to get a credit card refund (instead of a Booking.com credit). Due to the delay, I likely missed out on the Price Match.

I stay here because it is close to my daughter's home. The rooms are comfortable and clean with lots of space to relax and hang out. The pool area is very nice and there is lots of parking. Also close to shopping and some restaurants.

The gym is very dated. If you are visiting Las Vegas to gamble or visit the strip this place is very far away. You most likely will need a car or plan to pay for an uber, although there is a free shuttle from the Cliffs to the strip several times a day.

Everything. Rooms were large and very clean with comfortable bed/furnishings. WiFi strong. You get a free parking spot plus access to the pool and other amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment numbering was a bit annoying, especially if you like ordering Uber Eats/DoorDash. But I gave specific instructions on how to locate the apartment in the "notes" section, and that seemed to work. No other complaints.

The lobby was clean and smelled good. The location is great.
