Place as well maintained with a pool and the staff was very friendly.

Very cozy. Feels like home. The unit has everything, full kitchen, separate bedroom, dining area, patio, washer and dryer. Quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

They charged me double with 2 different transactions, I understand that mistakes could happens but when I called, the manager refuse to take off one of the charge right away. Other hotels I stayed before corrected their mistake right away but not here.

Our room had everything. Clean and comfortable and locations close to stores restaurants and casinos.

No elevators to get to the 2nd floor, only stairs.

I LOVED THE LOCATION. IT'S OFF THE STRIP ON A QUIET STREET. THE PREMISES WERE EXCELENT... CLEAN AND CONFORTABLE.

I MADE A RESERVATION FOR A 3-DAY STAY FROM SEP 29th TO OCT 1st . SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN (AFTER REALIZING I WOULD BE VERY LATE ARRIVING) , I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND REQUESTED THAT A Ist FLOOR UNIT BE SAVED, DUE TO MY AGE/HEALTH ISSUSE. " SORRY"

The rooms were great. We loved that there was no casino and that it was peaceful. The pool was great and the layout was nice.

I reserved 6 rooms total for a few nights. The front desk had terrible trouble locating our rooms, keeping them straight, knowing which person was in what room, and was not very helpful when a problem would occur. The early check out was rough.

Far exceeded expectations. New facility, excellent layout. Amenities in the hotel sufficient. Only suggestion is covered parking was not close enough to room.

Room upstairs. 2 flights of concrete stairs. While dragging my suitcase up I scraped my foot and now have an infection in which I have to see a doctor.

Yes. It was dirty, inconvenient, staff was rude. and bug infested. I will never return

Pool/ recreation area, location was great for us, with daughter's family 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores. and shopping close by.

Quiet, private. Cute place. It was very convenient for me as I was visiting relatives nearby and there aren't many hotels nearby. IT seemed safe. Nice to have a full kitchen. Parking was super easy. REALLY nice staff. Good HVAC system.

Rules about checking out - gathering sheets and towels and taking out your own trash was weird. Outside staircase to climb was fine for me, but not for someone with heavy suitcases or mobility issues. No snacks to buy!

We love the location! The blue lights on the entry palms really help locate the entrance at night. It’s quiet, except for the guy starting his diesel truck right outside my window at 4 AM

It REEKED of cigarette smoke, and I was too tired from the drive to go back to the front desk and change the room. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as previous visits

Its very roomy and clean for my family of 5. I always try to stay here every time we come. If the price and location fit.

The water pressure could've been a bit more powerful but really tho the stay is always great!

The space was large for a family.

They gave us a room and someone else was clearly staying there except they didn’t have any record of someone being there. So not only was I paranoid that they were just going to give our room key to someone and a stranger would walk in, but then I worried the whole time if they even cleaned rooms. Especially because they clearly hadn’t cleaned it since they last had record of someone staying there. When we initially told the front desk about the issue, they didn’t even offer us a new room. I had to demand and tell them I refused to stay in a room that was clearly occupied. They honestly didn’t even seem bothered or worried by the situation which makes me never want to stay there again. The girls were super kind but clearly their organizational system is severely lacking. I’m unsure if rooms are getting cleaned if they missed a room for more than 2 days. The condo itself was full of dust, broken curtains, and water damage which probably means there is mold. Spend your money elsewhere.
