Hair in my sink and dead bugs in the bathroom

It was close to I 55

Did not like the spider in the bathroom and the TV did not work

The hostess at the front desk was amazing even tho she was working a long shift

The rooms were dirty the floor turned ur feet black. The bathtub had hair in it The shower head didn't spray well. House keeping started knocking at 915 am an tried to walk in this happened 2 times we got in around midnight and had a noon check out

Price

Cats running around outside; feeding bowls for cats outside; floors unswept and dirty; trash in garbage can.

Room was clean, bed linen blanket stained.

My key did not work so I had to go back down the stairs (with a bad knee) to get a new keycard. While getting it the person gave me very specific directions that are not the normal instructions for opening the door. The tv or the connection was terrible.

The staff was friendly.

This property is very old and dated. It needs to be renovated badly inside and outside. I would not recommend this property or stay at this property again without major improvements being made. It was extremely disappointing for a Quality Inn property.

Close to highway and stores

The room door was busted so if we when we were gone anyone could have pushed open our motel room door and taken our stuff if they wanted. Was not pleased at all and felt unsafe

Having a place to sleep when we were very tired

The door only stayed closed if you put the locks on it. Access to the room was dark and creepy. Smelled terrible! Had to leave the door open for about an hour mid winter just to make it tolerable to sleep.

The hotel is fine if you are on the road looking for a inexpensive place to spend one night. Easy on snd off access from the freeway. Typical continental breakfast provided

Older and worn furnishings.

First room key did not work. Moved to a very inconvenient room. This room you had to use the key to close door from outside and had to wiggle door handle to close. Shading group hanging around. Want to sell drugs to us on our way out!

Quiet. Use to the highway. Good breakfast! Comfortable bed and room temp/airflow.

Upon check?king in & through to checkout property was not maintained for icy conditions, parking lot & entrances to rooms & steps icy & slippery. Upon checkout I was asked to check my room to see if it was cleaned REALLY

The employees were friendly.

We struggled with opening and closing the door. At first I waa not sure, but after going away to eat, it wasn't as bad as I initially thought. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was close to the route we were on.

It had a loud Mexican restaurant attached. Dirty walkways. Dirty ice machine vending area. The breakfast was nothing, we got a little muffin in plastic. Old furnishings in room. Parking lot was pitted and dark areas. I would not recommend it.

The location right off the highway was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a very short but good stay. Perfect stopping point to rest on our trip.

Had to call the Front desk for a remote to the television; also to get a “Do not Disturb” placard. Perhaps housekeeping should develop a checklist, or if they have one, utilize it.

This hotel was HIDEOUS!!! There was bugs flying around the room the entire stay, couldn't eat or drink anything inside the room because a bug was gonna totally take your stuff!!! The carpet was a mess, the room smelled nad, and the bathroom plain bad!
