The room was quiet. - that is the only positive of the hotel.

The reception was very poor - the layout and directions provided very poor - the room itself offers ZERO privacy between bathroom and the rest - cannot sit and read in the bed because of very awkward furniture - chairs very uncomfortable.- strange layout.

Property is fine, our room stank of smoke and caused us a terrible night sleep. We also stunk like smoke the entire next day.

Whoever stayed in the room before us definitely smokers in the room. My wife had to sleep without a pillow since the pillow stunk so bad. When we drove home on the Sunday our car stunk like smoke, our hair,our clothes. It was disgusting. Will never stay in a Fletcher hotel again just because of this.

Well-maintained hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. We did not use the pool and gym, but they looked clean and well-kept. Easy to get to as it was just off the motorway, but no road noise in the room.

Options at breakfast were limited on some of the mornings we stayed.

Fletcher Breakfasts look standard for all of their hotels and they are always good. It you travel from the UK via Harwich to Southern Germany, this is a perfect stop.

Bed sheets could be thicker, but the rooms a good.

A quick change of rooms was made without any problems. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. A great place to stay and that's why it is the hotel of choice for the past 4 years.

Room was very nice and spacious. Bed was a little soft but slept very well. Super quiet even though close to the road. Breakfast was perfect. Coffee was excellent. The restaurant was so busy when i arrived at 18:30, I thought there was a conference. But no - just popular. I had dinner at 20:00 and still busy - got the last table. Food was great. Chips a little over done and felt like they were re-heated. Caesar salad is one of the best i have had. Also has a small pool and a gym to work off the chips. Plenty of parking.Good shower.Very good value at @€100 per nightMy first time here and now my choice when i visit this area in the future.

The gym could do with a few free weights and a mat to do some floor exercises. Towels are a little small in the bathroom.

Very big room, a little round table, two chairs and a soffa. A little bar/fridge in a closet. Good size bathroom separated with a glass wall from the main room provided with a curtain for eventual privacy.Sound proof. AC in the room. When it is warm it feels like a greenhouse in the hotel.Free parking.

The hand wash basin was not so deep so easy to be splashed with water, especially at high pressure. Just overhead shower, no hand shower - little difficult when you do not want to wash your hair. The hand towels were in the closet and not in the bathroom, just the body towels were on the shelf in the badroom. Very dusty - A lot if dust in the curtains or/AC, we could see the dust flying in the air in the sunlight and on some objects.

2nd stay at this hotel. One of the best in the Fletcher chain. Nice outside bar area. Clean comfy room. Indoor swimming pool.

This time money was taken from my card on Booking.com even though this is a pay on arrival hotel. I got a card refund but had to wait for it and lost 46p on the fluctuating exchange rate. Hotel said this was Booking.com new policy. So not impressed with that.
