A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The resort may be going through annual maintenance from 01 August until 31 October. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances. This property does not accept cash payments. When paying by credit card - "We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancelation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card."
