- The front desk staff was extremely friendly, genuine, and helpful. She was one of the best front desk staff I've met. She helped sign me up for the IHG awards and benefits it included was breakfast.
- Location - close to highway
- Front desk and upper management tried to do their jobs.
Cons -
- I prefer a soft mattress, it might be time to replace the mattresses
- First room smelled like chemicals, got moved to a different room - tried turning the heat on but the fire alarm went off. Since it was cold, it led to flying ladybugs appearing.
- Yes, cleaning staff are extremely loud, they yell about what people do in the beds and use their own key to come in if you don't run to the door fast enough. They make sure nobody sleeps past 9am. I went there only to sleep.
