Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Sparrenhorst-Veluwe

Food for breakfast buffet.was great

the instalation and details on the rooms. needs some repair maintenance and painting...with the cost of the room i expect more

Nice hotel calm location reception 24hPool parking included.

No fridge in rooms, no hand towels. pay for late check out.School for swimming occupies pool for a few hours

Very nice location

The interior of three rooms is a bit faded and old, could seriously do with some refurbishment. I booked a luxury room, the only luxury was that it was large. From there window I looked straight into someone else’s room, no view whatsoever. Then the room was close to three elevator, which was noisy enough to wake me up several times.

Very good breakfastEV chargers were handy overnight

Shower gel completely missing in our room

Swimming pool and sauna. Nice trees and nature area around the hotel

Swimming pool changing room was not clean. The shower in my room was also not clean : a lot of long hair inside...

Calm place, friendly staff, nice location, current price ok.Pool open till 23u.

It's more commercialized than before, no fridge in the room, no chairs in the swimming pool area. Different type of crowd.Check in - out time much more strict. But still a very nice place to visit.

The location , the big forest is behind the hotel. Clean

The sauna was not warm enough , you need to ask at the reception to turn it on and it takes a while before it gets hot.

Had to play double. Idiots First Said it was ok bur late check in lady had flexibilitet and knowlegde of an oak tree

Called 8 times, no onevavailable, waited 7 Times more than 10 minutes etc etc absolutely Kafka

rooms were o.k., excellent breakfast, free parking, calm but not too far away from other restaurants

a Little Bit old fashioned

Very spaceous room, good quality bed

Bathroom slightly outdated, scrambled eggs at breakfast bit diluted

The room was good. We wanted a pet friendly hotel and it served our purposes perfectly.

Room service was unfortunately not great. We placed our order via the app but had to follow up with reception. The order was then incorrect. The quality of the food though was good.

Underwhelming

Room was very "dated", especially the bathroom. soap/gel in the shower was empty. We had "nachos" in the bar which were very disappointing for the price the charge

The location is great. And the swimming pool was enjoyable.

The room was not properly clean. There was mold in the shower. And there were stains on old bed sheets and towels.

Property was close to Walabi Hollander

Radiator was not working. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk, so I walked down and told them and it never got fixed. I tried taking a hot shower to warm up and there was no hot water. The only food available was in the restaurant from which we were turned away because they weren’t taking any more reservations

Well priced clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Spacious, very quiet hotel in a beautiful nature surroundings, lovely staff and perfect location.

The hotel is well kept and clean though quite dated. The state of the carpet in our room was terrifying.

Convenient chain hotel in easy walking distance to the village. Clean if a little dated. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. The hotel has a lift and ramps when many in the NL don’t.

Check in and out went great. Staff very helpful

Limited dinner options at the hotel for vegetarians

Beautiful location and peaceful setting. Ample parking on the grounds of the hotel/complex.You can't fault the good and very complete breakfast and also the staff at the reception and breakfast room is very friendly, welcoming and attentive.

The wifi in the room was not working, a very weak signal near the door that dropped every 30 seconds, so completely useless. I hope they can fix that soon, otherwise don't have the rooms at the end of the corridors when you're depending on wifi for business purposes. This was the only flaw during this stay and they seem to be working on it.The room could do with some more colour in decoration. Very chill/white and sterile. (yes, very clean, no worries there)The breakfast room and bar/restaurant look inviting etc, but may you could use the same decorator to have a look at the rooms and put some colour on the walls.

Good location, friendly staff in hotel area. Great breakfast

Room is tired and needs a refresh. Huge room with lots of empty space. Pool and sauna is not the cleanest and not available due to classes. No shower gel. Food in cafe was delicious but service was very slow considering lots of staff around leaving 1 lady to sort everything Wouldn't call it a superior room
