Excellent service, good food and well maintained Hotel. Heftet Pool is a Big plus!
The sunbeds by the Pool are old and need to be replaced. Some areas by the Pool were blocken off.

Property was great I’ve been here before and always liked this place/location
1. The bed had blood/brown stain. Toilet wasn’t clean. 2. We checked our luggage after checking out and my Rimowa was broken when it was handed back to me. The key pad fell off...3. Boyfriend wants to surprise me with flowers in the room for our 5th year Annie. He called both hotel and floral shop in advance for giving instructions and specifically asked hotel to deliver the flower in the room. But hotel called and ruined the surprise because he had to answer the call. Wasn’t very thoughtful.

Great location and the hotel was well presented. The lounge area was very inviting and I have to say the music was brilliant.
I would have liked there to be more options for the food in the restaurant.
