Hotel employee top tier service

the night supervisor was very rude, and shouldn’t be working in hospitality. I asked questions about my bill and he told me he would cancel and refuse service. Pure 304

Room and Staff

Little bit odd. Water in room , prominently displayed but not part of accommodation. For sale w no indication for sale. Four star should have water in room.

Location in proximity to Pantages Theatre. The valet service was very good. All staff were pleasant.

The price. The room was average. not a $--- a night room.

The rooms were very basic for the price, nothing outstanding. The pool area was just ok, staff didn't believe I had breakfast inc. in the price so I had to prove that and was still charged. Very basic hotel for the price.

Great Location

AC did not work well enough to keep the room cool. It was hot inside the room most of the night.

Great staff, modern vibe - room was very nice. Loved having the yoga mat in the room.

They charged me unexpectedly a large amount and I couldnt seek a resolution or speak to anyone regarding this, due to nobody in accounting picking up or getting back to me.

I did not feel safe in the area due to a lot of homeless camps. I ended up canceling plans since I didn¿t feel safe walking on the sidewalks.

The bathroom was leaking all night and was making loud noise that was interrupting my sleep. The water in the shower was warm and wasn¿t hot enough to have a comfortable shower. I think that for $--- a night I should get a proper shower

Location

Valet parking took too long. Room cleaning was mediocre. The glasses in my room were not replaced even though they were clearly dirty. Surfaces were not wiped off as there were still crumbs. Stayed for 3 days and requested daily cleaning.

Very low water pressure in shower and loud music coming from pool u til after 11:00pm at night.

Room was nice. Views are Great. Enjoyed the pool area and pool beverage service.

The area is super sketchy. There was Police activity at the hotel when we arrived. The Coroner's office agents were there. $45.Valet seems a bit excessive when there is free parking in the area. $8 for bottled water in the room is petty.

The view from this hotel was amazing. We were able to get a wonderful view of the Hollywood sign.

The hotel is located in an area that has quite a few homeless and they do not offer self parking so you must valet for $55.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were great!

Sadly, there were many homeless people around the hotel. They were short staffed and we had to wait 2 hours after designated check in time for our room, however they gave us a $50 food credit for our inconvenience.
