Disappointing

At first i went to check-in and breakfast was included also she asked me to pay 15.8 On the tv wifi wasn't workin, downstairs i went to buy a drink it showed for 3eu and payed 3.7 cookies showed 2eu and payed also 3.7 i don't know why they markin numbers on it if it's lying

The staff were polite and helpful

The property was like a building site, it was being decorated but there was a lot of mess in the lifts and in the corridors where the stairs are, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked. There was a lot of noise and loud shouting outside the hotel, which went on until the early hours. I would never go back.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed.

The room had been refurbished. The shower floor was slippery and there wasn't a slip mat supplied or anti-slip flooring. The room needed a second bin for general waste, as there was only a small bin in the bathroom which wasn't ideal when disposing of coffee sachets, t-bags, empty milk pods, and general rubbish. There used to be a bedside light either side of the bed but now only 1 side.

Restaurant is closed on weekends, and since there is no place to eat around it's problematic. There was ongoing construction/renovation in the hotel about which we have learned on place - it was very laud, even on Sunday. Carpets full of stains and smell is not nice in the room. We wanted to use the option of late check (extra paid) but we got informed it's impossible on the weekends.

Rude staff. Rooms are dirty. And they don't attend client meetings.

The reception staff was super friendly and even arranged for me to be able to access my room a little ahead of the official check-in time. The room was rather basic, but was everything I needed - clean, with a comfy bed and lots of hot water to have a good shower in the morning. Breakfast, likewise, had all the usual basic variety you would expect (bacon, scrambled eggs, varieties of bread, cheese etc, cereals, coffee, juice...). Absolutely sufficient for a quick proper breakfast in the morning during business travel. All in all good value for money, would book this again if I come to Breda again in the future.

The hotel is somewhat outside the city centre (but still within the city limits), in an industial area. However, there is a bus (170) that takes you from/to the city centre in 25 minutes without needing to change. So nothing bad in itself, it also explains the lower prices as compared to hotels in the city centre. Only one thing: On the hottest setting, the water in the bathroom came out almost boiling hot - this should be adjusted, there is a danger of injury.

Sitting at the restaurant i was asked if I as ready to order. could I see the menu please I asked and to my surprise i got this , for this week we have what is n the wall ( on the wall written on a black board , vegan lasagna & stampot) for what it seams it was a experience from management and the normal menu was not allowed.i aad seen online and the hotel offers a restaurant menu with a variety from gambas to spareribs etc , well not what i got I never aad such a bad experience.

The property in general is clean, the staff were friendly and it is great value for money.

We arrived late, at approximately 12:30am, after travelling from Groningen that day and performing that evening. Rest and recovery are critical for us, as we are currently on an 18-date tour, with long drives and shows scheduled daily.Unfortunately, we were woken at 7am by extensive maintenance works taking place directly outside our windows. This included shouting workers and a very loud truck working on the roof, which continued throughout the morning and made it impossible to rest.I raised the issue at reception the following morning and was offered a coffee as compensation. While I appreciate the gesture, this does not adequately address the significant inconvenience caused. As performers, adequate sleep is essential, particularly ahead of a long drives and regular performances.

In the room there’s everything you need

The location is quite far from the city center The walls are ragged in some places The electricity outlet where you are supposed to insert the card wasn’t working properly so the lights were being switched off from time to time

Large, free parking in front of the hotel (almost full though).Very friendly staff.Good double bed, no problem falling asleep.

Bathroom a bit old and some moist spots.Traffic very close to my room. A truck idled for 15 min early in the morning (the hotel can't be blaimed for that though).

Comfortable beds. Good shower and a lot of free parking lots.The dog could stay with us in the room for a fee of 10 EUR. And we had to pay an additonal city tax which was 3,90 EUR per person (see negative aspect below).We did not book the breakfast which was considered too expensive (15,50 EUR p.p.).

Very basic room. We booked for 2 persons but found only 1 set of towels. I had to ask for the second set at the reception.There were tea and coffee in the room but no water kettle. I also had to ask for it at the reception. Cups were cardboard and not reusable.Before arrival I repeatedly asked the hotel for the dog's fee via the booking.com platform but never received any feedback. Communication could really be improved.And it would be helpful to notify the guests about the city tax prior to arrival.High night life in the parking area. Crowded by other guests, also from the neighboring hotel.
