Rooms are big and comfortable. I really appreciated that we could bring our dog with us. We all had a very comfortable stay !

The room was big, comfortable, very clean and well designed.The pool and spa area were open until 23:00, and were very clean and comfortable.

We were forced to upgrade the room because we came with a dog (10€) in addition to paying 20€ per night and it was not mentioned in "Booking".The breakfast could have had more options, it very standard breakfast.The value is a bit low for the price in our opinion.

Location. Large hotel. Clean. Friendly people. Good parking. Nespresso machine in the room

Breakfast, even if you need almost nothing, is expensive. 18,50 euro/pp.The beds do have a very soft mattress. Extremely soft. We didn't like it.

I found it friendly and comfortable. Very welcoming for a lone traveller.

The restaurant closed a bit early so I was rushed in to dine.

I gently asked if it was possible to anticipate the checkin but the property said it was possibile after 3pm. However, I arrived at 14.30 and was able to check in would have been nice to let me know what maybe I could go there a little bit early. The room was super cold and wasn’t possible to change the temperature while the duvets weren’t heavy and they weren’t big enough.

Was supposed to bring my small dog with me. But you need to tell them in advance. Despite multiple attempts to get a room for pets it was impossible and they are not flexible.

First time I've stayed in the dutch countryside and this was a very convenient stop with good breakfast and even a pool and sauna. The one constructive feedback I would give is that there could be way more rocks on the sauna stove, but the fact that it's a real electric stove to which you can throw water is great. Just add some extra rocks and they will hold the heat and produce a smoother steam. The swim in the pool was really nice. Was also nice that the room had a small terrace.

We’ve had the honeymoon suite. The jaccuzi was great, the room was very beautiful, the bed was large. There are a lot of charging stations in the parking area of the hotel.

Both cups for coffee were dirty, so I washed them myself. The jaccuzi was not cleaned the next day. There was broken glass and someone’s (hopefully lost, not intentionally placed) AirPod in the drain of jaccuzi’s stairs. Reception workers were busy talking with eachother even without a queue instead of paying attention to people passing by and maybe even greeting guests, employees in the restaurant were too busy, not greeting or talking to people. There was no bread toaster. The tall coffee cup isn’t tall enough for one serving of cappuccino and there are no plates for the coffee or tea cups. The honeymoon suite is not really sound-isolated as there is only one door (and an “open wall”) between the room and the corridor, so as we could clearly hear people walking in the corridor talking, I presume they could hear us too.

First we had a room very far away from reception and lift, the receptionist changed that to comfortable for us elderly.Quiet environment , good for walking and biking.Staff was very friendly. Lunch and breakfast were fine. We did not have dinner there.

I don’t like the coffee/ tea machine, serving is better because by the time you get your breakfast it’s cold or reverse the coffee is cold. But that is now in most hotels unfortunately.

Free Wifi, comfy bed & lovely bathroom. Didn't visit the pool / spa, but looked great.

Comfortable, clean rooms and a quiet hotel

No fridge in the room. Would be nice for a bar rather than sit in restaurant for a drink.

Breakfest more than dissapointed. Scrabble eggs from powder few slices of cheese and low quality of cold cuts...

Broad breakfast, had everything I personally like. Beds and pillows have never been the same as at home, but good enough to get a fair nights sleep. Room was very nice, even air conditioning. Bathroom was good as well, so was the shower.

It took quite a while, multiple hours, before we could feel the air conditioning got controle of the tempature in the room. Not a big deal, but if I had to name something else, we did find a big silverfish inside the room.

Clean and friendly staff. Very nice rooms.

Empty plates still at table when finished breakfast. Can be take away when finished and nog after we leave the restaurant.

- long opening hours of swimming pool- good breakfast - room is good for 4 adults- clima- separate bathroom

- not full privacy. Door on wall to neighbouring room too slim, we can heard. We understand some room is possible join to another.- no light on top, so quite dark- we miss gym room

I was impressed at the modern facilities, staff were great and beds comfy!

Very good hotel. The room is comfortable, clean, well equipped. There is also a capsule coffee machine. The whole hotel is clean and beautiful. The bar has very good drinks, the service is also great. The breakfast is the same every time, but delicious.

The parking is good located.

Reception staff are unprofessional and unfriendly.I asked from the moment I booked (a few days before booking) for the two rooms I booked to be closed to each other, this did not happen. I also asked for a bathtub in my room, which actually appeared in the photo and description of my room, and that didn't happen.When I asked for this again upon check-in, they said that the room that was supposed to have a bathtub didn't, but the other room did.After I was in both rooms and had none, I went back to reception who said they couldn't do anything because the entire hotel was booked. I checked Booking.com and managed to find a room with a bathtub.I went back to understand why they didn't reveal the true information. The lady said that the room didn't have a bathtub and I showed her the photos from booking.com.Given the embarrassing situation, the lady did not allow me to make the reservation, which would actually be productive for the hotel (as I would have to pay more for the room), she turned her back and left.Also, in no moment they even explained where the spa and swimming pool were located. No t even when I asked to the reception. I needed to find it by my own.It was a lack of politeness, respect and professionalism.For this reason I will never return to this hotel and I will advise against it to anyone I know.

Breakfast was self service but good value. The hotel is out of town but access into town and the country is easy. Good for bike riding.

Slightly more choice at dinner would be better and more space in the secure bike parking.
