Best Western Plus The Normandy Inn & Suites

I liked the location. The staff was all friendly. I was a single traveler, and I really enjoyed my stay I will definitely stay here again

The restaurant was not very good at all. I am sure I got sick from the calamari (the calamari were literally still frozen, and tasted freezer-burnt). I ordered a burger medium and that meat came out mooing at me; would not recommend food

in the middle of the night someone was trying to get into our room and then was extremely loud. We had to complain and nothing was done.

The staff was great, and the paid parking was convenient. The hotel room was clean.

The hallways smell funny, but the rooms are nice and clean. It’s such a historic property.

Restaurant needs more choices on menu at lesser prices. I saw a group sit down and when they saw the menu prices they got bb up a left.

The proximity to the US Bank Stadium, Target Field and access to train from the airport is excellent. The hotel staff are recently and very accommodating.

Room was clean and it didn't have that weird smell like a lot of hotels I've been to.

I thought I booked a room with a pool view but didn't get one. Also didn't like how alcohol was being offered to my daughter who was 17 by guests and all the twerking in the pool area. The also wasn't a fan of staff at the front desk swearing.

My hotel reservation was somehow cancelled without me cancelling it and the front desk worker was initially rude about it

Staff members were just so welcoming and friendly. Made my experience even more memorable. Loved that they had laundry accessibility and a latte machine on lobby floor. Free lattes everyday, throughout the day made it convenient.

The restaurant on site is overhauling their menu, so not much options with food choice onsite. But there are many restaurants nearby. We did eat at the Normandy Kitchen for breakfast and enjoyed our food and service.

Charged for parking while staying there when it used to be free. And I wish I had known the hot tub was out of order

The room was perfect, the pool area is adorable and soothing, and the water they provide for your hotel room is wonderful.

Staff at check-in desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room had recently been remodeled and was clean, bright and nicely decorated.

Front desk clerk was helpful.

Our room was very cold. I called the front desk they sent a guy up and he told me to set the thermostat to on vs auto and it would fix the heater. I told him I already tried that he said wait longer for it to heat up. We all were freezing all night.

We enjoyed the bar/restaurant as well as the rustic throwback look of the hotel, which felt a lot like a French chateau

The staff - warm and friendly. Helpful in every way. One small problem at check-in taken care of quickly and efficiently. Super comfy bed and even a water bottle filler by the ice machine. Excellent.

They need better signage where you enter from the parking area - to show where the lobby is.
