- Most staff was very kind and attentive. I had an issue and hotel employee resolved it with a great attitude. hotel employee also was a huge help by retrieving my shoe from the elevator so quickly. Jerry was an outstanding door person, friendly and attentive.

A young lady working the front desk 7/11 rudely turned away a man seeking water. It was almost 120 outside. While I realize that unlimited water cannot be offered to the public, turning someone away for a water request seems inhumane and indecent.
