Great location, easy check in and check out, pet friendly without all the extra fees that every other hotel would charge, amazing bar with cocktails and food, bar tender was very welcoming and attentive, room was clean with an amazing shower experience!
Parking is ridiculous tho.

Big, clean rooms. Fun bathroom and shower. We have stayed twice now!
Parking was a bit confusing at first. Make sure you pay, they will ticket you if you don’t. Front desk staff could use improvement.

The room was nice, cool, modern. Pretty good location, close to downtown sports venues. Bar and restaurant on site with great selection of wines and other drinks.
The parking situation sucks, I had to park in the back, carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs when I 1st got there. Dont forget your room key or the elevator won't work.

Beautiful location and very unique hotel. Restaurant and bar downstairs were awesome and the food was amazing.
The room was not very clean. The living room area was very run down and both couch and chairs were shredded up and dirty. Head board had so many nasty stains on it that was not inviting to sleep against. Put a towel over it when we slept. Shower drain was popped off and exposed the nasty open drain pipe.

Great hotel, central and comfortable, great shower and plenty of room
Staff are very young and seemingly like stroppy teenagers, maybe they need some sort of hierarchy to get them moving
