The location is good.

The hotel ia dirty, poorly ran and has people partying all night.

Couldn't get requested housekeeping, couldn't get extra blanket, toilet was unsafe -too low for seniors. . Cold food on Buffett.

Took dogs

Not enough towels,face clothes, blankets.

The daily cleaning service was a bonus. And though I would not use the pool, it is a lap pool that is heated and looks clean. The pool area has big potential, but has no shade umbrellas or nice outdoor furniture, just cheap lounge chairs. Depressing.

The hotel is more like a Hotel 6 than a Best Western. Some attempt was made to renovate the rooms, and the interior of the room is better than the exterior of the hotel, however it is not up to Best Western standards by any stretch of the imagination.

Great experience here, with excellent staff and management. I left my laptop in my hotel room, which at some spots would mean I'd never see it again. Staff and his team got me squared away though and shipped the laptop within 24 hours.

I found old food between the bed and the nightstand and behind the furniture. Hotel room cleaning staff attempted to force entry into my room when I asked not to. Breakfast area was very Unclee and machinery was broken.

The person who checked us in was so nice and friendly. Breakfast was great and a nice variety. Room had modern furniture and was clean.

Location was centrally located to areas I visited. Breakfast was good.

Wasn't told until check-in that deposit was required. Only BW hotel that required deposit during my stay in other 4 BW hotels during this trip.

Breakfasts were AMAZING! What an awesome selection, you'll be full! Pleasant and accommodating staff. Great location. In my room, some updates made. Most everything clean, temp controls worked great. All in all, I got good value.

The bathtub was frightening to step in and on. It was rough on the feet like sandpaper, while also somehow felt spongy, and looked dingy and dirty. Also, the TV in my room had VERY poor screen quality. The only 2 dings.

Breakfast is limited,for example no waffle batter in my second day of staying. I didn't got my snack box in NY room,And make me wonder if I got any of the upgraded features.

Clean room, great AC unit, spacious for the price, staff was super nice. Great hot breakfast-main reason we picked this hotel twice now.

Only think I can think of was that the fridge in our room was wobbly, but really having to stretch to find a problem with our 3-day stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was really friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel and would stay here again.

Quiet clean and heated pool

No bar or restaurant around or walking distance

The bed was comfortable and clean

The rooms are exterior entry. Bathroom is worn and out dated. Bathtub was painted and gritty. My wife had a health emergency and I had to check out two nights early. I don¿t think the manager approved a refund, at least I wasn¿t notified of a refund

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and spacious. Property attractive and well maintained.

Hotel & room were clean! Pool was heated! Grounds felt safe in the evenings. Breakfast was great: breakfast sandwiches, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, Muffins, coffee, fruit, yogurt!

Nothing major - nit a deal breaker but the Hot tub wasn't warm. However the pool WAS, so kids could swim and parents could enjoy the hot water jets being pumped into the pool.

it was very old. the mattress was lumpy. the rooms had outside door access, which made it unsafe and very noisy. it wasn't remotely close to our destination. the staff wasn't particularly friendly.
