Nice pool. Clean rooms.
WiFi was dead the entire time. Our bathtub had the wrong stopper so we couldn’t use the bath. We told them three times and they did absolutely nothing about it. The breakfast was nothing but carbohydrates and they ran out of most items, including beverages.

I really liked the location.
The property ran out of food before breakfast was over. They only left one set of towels in the room. We asked for more towels, no one brought them. I went to the front desk and was told they didn't have towels. Our room was right by the supply closet so we could hear them going in & out. The service was terrible! I never stayed at a hotel that ran out of towels.I asked to speak to the manager, I was told there was no manager on site.

Staff on reception extremely helpful with our room change request, beds very comfy! Room clean and tidy. Breakfast basic and self serve but included in price. No Wi-Fi in room first night but improved for second night.
Bit more of a choice at breakfast other than that nothing

Breakfast was very good and the facilities are clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient to the freeways and access to the hotel is also very good. The only negative was a lack of electrical outlets but several medical devices we were trying to connect so maybe not a problem for most. Also the air condition was excellent considering the outside temperature of over 110.

Everything about the hotel was very nice. The woman working during the day was very nice when checking in.
The ice machine didn’t work.
