- I¿ve stayed here many times over the last ten years and always enjoyed it. The staff is excellent and the restaurant serves great food and provides room service.
- Balcony facing the river is amazing if it¿s a cold day the restaurant on the property is awesome ¿¿
- awesome location for our needs, friendly helpful staff
Cons -
- Parking isn¿t the best
- the valet parking is a nightmare process, getting in and out, I don't believe they have sufficient staff working to make this part of the experience worthwhile, especially since it is mandatory at 45 dollars a day. not worth it
- The hotel began charging parking a few years back. For that reason, we do not drive when we stay. After our most recent stay, a $45 charge showed on my card. Hotel said it was for parking. I said we did not drive. They said they disagreed!? Unbelievable

In the past, we have stayed at the hotel numerous times as we like the location. We live locally and it has been our favorite hotel for a local escape.
