Pros +
- I order 2 bed king. They did not honor my reservation. Arrived at 11pm and took over an hour to get a tile away bed. Was the most awful stay ant any hotel . AC unit in room not working.
- I¿ve stayed here many times over the last ten years and always enjoyed it. The staff is excellent and the restaurant serves great food and provides room service.
- Balcony facing the river is amazing if it¿s a cold day the restaurant on the property is awesome ¿¿
Cons -
- Staff did not honor my reservation. Had reservation for two beds…there website not accurate or updated with available rooms. They offered a role away bed…at 11pm took them more then 1.5 hours to get it to my room. On top of that ac did not work
- Parking isn¿t the best
- the valet parking is a nightmare process, getting in and out, I don't believe they have sufficient staff working to make this part of the experience worthwhile, especially since it is mandatory at 45 dollars a day. not worth it

awesome location for our needs, friendly helpful staff
