The Westin Sacramento Riverfront Hotel & Spa

The place is beautiful and the location is great. Real comfortable.

There was a particular staff member that was very judgemental and a little rude had me sitting off to the side waiting for my room and the manager came and spoke to me and she handled everything so swiftly and said my room had been ready for an half an hour.

Great location, large and comfortable rooms.

Staff did not refill tissue box (it was almost empty on arrival) and took away the bathrobe after our first night. Also bathtub plumbing was very noisy.

Beautiful- lots of places to sit and enjoy the views inside and out. Love the attached restaurant. Great hospitality at hotel and restaurant.

I like the slipper tub but it does take up bathroomReal estate and make the shower awkwardly small. Minor- but if you want my opinion I’d prefer a larger shower.

The hotel was luxurious and had many great amenities. The restaurant served delicious food. Convenient location near I-5. Staff was helpful.

I felt we were being nickeled and dimed. The bath salts in our bathroom cost $13. Why not give guests a small complimentary bag of bath salts and they can buy more at the hotel store? Also the wifi cost $9.99 instead of being free.

The parking was confusing at first but the staff was nice and explained everything.

We choose a king room with balcony. I wish we had more of a view of the river, but we had a mix of the parking lot and river (parking lot with nice and clean though). Room was large and bed and bedding was sooo comfortable! A very large tv compared to most hotels. bathroom was very nice and large as well. valet parking was nice too - overall, would stay again. We stayed to celebrate our engagement.

Wish we had a better view of the river, but the balcony was nice and I understand first come first serve! They still were accommodating with provided us with the highest floor available.

I enjoy my hotel room was spacious bed was comfortable. I thought the valet parking was a little much. the restauart cocktail was very good We had a great waitness. I didnt eat dinner at Scotty seafood. we had appetizers the crab cake was very disapoint. It was dry. But the hotel gift a giftcard we order room service the breakest was good. They give a lot. We had couple massage very relaxing the receptionist was very friendly. The people at the registration desk was amazing and very helpful you know who you are. I will back but this hotel will burn hole in your pocket. I didnt like there wasnt no microware

The room was spacious and comfortable.

I had upgraded to a room with a balcony on the River. When I stepped out on the balcony my view of the river was blocked with a partition that was placed there for construction. The balcony was right over a restaurant where I could hear the patrons talking and clinging and clanging of dishes and utensils. I didn’t like that there was no on-site store to get water or snacks. We had to drive to the store in order to get things which was really inconvenient given that we had to use valet parking which was very pricey and had to wait 20 minutes for our truck to arrive.

Breakfast was very good. Location was good. At this time my wife and I were not able to walk down to the river due to construction. Everything thing else was very nice.
