Good location

No dislikes

The rooms are nice and the bed was very comfortable.

There needs to be more luggage carts because people load them up and then just sit with their stuff on them. We had to lug all of our stuff out because the two luggage carts were being hoarded. Maybe get two more? The breakfast was decent as long as you got there early. Two of the days I went at 8:30 and it had clearly not been restocked.

Toads in the pool and no outdoor seating areas.

The property was clean, staff was very friendly and bed was comfortable. Loved the location as it’s next to great restaurants and a neighborhood Walmart.

Our only complaint was the blinds need replacing in the bedroom area.

Good location to shops and food. Staff were attentive and amazing, bed was also comfy.

Room filled with live roaches and mold. Felt extremely dirty and unsanitary.

The "included breakfast" contained almost nothing -- a few packages of instant oatmeal and a coffee pot (but no decaf). The in-room kitchen (which we, thankfully, did not use) contained absolutely nothing (meaning really nothing) in the way of pots & pans, silverware, dishware, condiments, etc. The kitchen cabinets were completely bare. Not sure how folks use something like that...

Location is nice . Very convenient

Pool was not open during the hottest part of the summer and we had two boys 15 and 7 that were extremely disappointed. The room wasnt CLEAN !!! at best , it may have been wiped down but not very well . And unfortunately, bugs . Specifically, roaches !!! Outside and in our room .

The location was great for us. The room worked out well for the amount of time we were staying.

I paid for an extra day knowing our flight would be arriving early but was told I could lose the room because it was past check in the prior day. Diana was able to help me out tremendously. Also paid for late check out but was told by maid service we had to leave at 11. When I went to the front desk they couldn't verify even though the invoice that was emailed to me gave the check out date with a time of 3:15 pm. So we threw our belongings together and checked out.
