Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront

-Good location -Good drink station in the lobby-Nice looking gym and pool

-The room wasn't up to standard. The floor had some bumps and dips in the walkway kinda in front of the closet.-The fridge looked very worn. -broken bottom of the door frame when you walk in.-No breakfast was pretty disappointing but we knew that when booking obviously but we think it should be added, even just some small take and go options.-Pictures of the room's ocean view weren't clear on what to expect. We didn't expect our view to be what it was or we would have chosen to upgrade.-Stains on the bathroom wall behind the door. -Stained bar stool fabric.

It was a great location close to the beach

I booked our room specifically so we could have a view of the ocean. We were in a room on the 2nd floor right above the restaurant, and our view was almost completely obstructed because of the ac unit on top of restaurant. In addition to that the noise from the machinery was so loud we couldn't hear the waves, let alone have a peaceful night. If I reserve here again I will be sure to call ahead to ensure we do not get that room.

The staff was great.

The hotel was under construction which I new but when we got to the rooms the doors had a hard time opening or didn't close at all That would be the balcony and closet door. My sheets were ripped.

Nice room, refrigerator, tv, microwave, enough room

Construction underway, I understand. But no fireplace heat in the room meant the room was very cold. Small space heater in the wall, like for a bathroom, was insufficient for the entire room. Went to front desk, they advised the fireplace heat did not work because of construction. We explained the room was very cold, and their solution was more blankets for the bed!! Please! A warm room is about the least one can ask!
