Clean, spacious room. Location.

Shower was horrible - nearly impossible to turn on. No grab bars. ANTS in the room.

We were able to get checked in early for no extra charge, I liked the layout i Of the room. The location is nice however it would have been better if MO’s roof wasn’t part of our beach view

The hotel is under construction with no finish date. I didn’t know this until after booking. It clearly is very neglected and in need of maintenance. The pool and hot tub were cloudy. The room NEEDS AC. There was no solid curtains so anyone could see in

The best part was not being there.

Yes everything. lot of stuff. neighbors smoking pot, call front desk 2 days..no results. no air conditioning. flies and I mean a swarm of flies in the room. I found out the day we were arriving that they were under construction. box fan that was in the ++

The elevators are slow. Wish they would provide a Continental breakfast.

Heat didn?t work. They got it working some. But couldn?t control from stat.

Chairs stained with sharp staples sticking out of them. Lamps did not work.

Oceanfront

Musty smell in the room. Dark. Requested for a new hair dryer as the one in the room was not working. Staff nothing available that night but will send one in the morning. Nothing came.

Only one of the two elevators worked, and the working one was down for the majority of our stay. We were on the fourth floor and had to walk up and down the stairs. I'm 72 and recently had a hip replacement. Desperately needs updating.

It has not been updated in years, nothing worked. Door would not lock and fireplace did not work.

The employees that worked the front desk were amazing, the maintenance guy was not. Best thing other then front desk staff was that the location is basically on the beach.

Maintenance is lacking, pool dirty, hot tub, not working, maintenance cussing in front of children.

Wi-Fi was out, elevators were very slow and water went out for a short time

Location was great with a beautiful ocean view.

The mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on. They sank down so far it felt like sleeping with your legs and head elevated. When asking the person cleaning if the ice machine worked, the response was not my area and continued to talk on her phone.

no breakfast, room not cleaned 2nd day, staff lack of knowledge, no coffee in room 2nd morning, sink drain clogged, no clock, elevators in need of repair had to replace TV first night, vending machines credit card only. No receipt printer broken

The staff was fantastic. Pet friendly!

Table and chairs in room need to be updated. They were very old and outdated. Had to ask for shampoo and kitchen towel.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. We needed to be near the Convention Center and it is a 2-minute walk. Also, the hotel is on the beach

Saunas locked,hot tub out of order. Hole in bathroom door like kicked, hair in bathtub, zero amenities in the lobby. Spend the extra $45 and upgrade to a different spot. For a bed and toilet with beach it's ok

Lumpy sprung mattresses, clogged bath drain, our room smelled as though someone bathed their dog before they checked out, dirty room. My son developed hives. Not to mention the squeaky creaky floor above us someone was pacing in all night long.

The pool was available and that was one of the only reasons I booked this hotel so the kids could swim

This place is terrible a safety hazard and should be shut down. I will never stay in this place again. My room was dirty and there were so many things broken including no light bulbs on the nightstands which is a safety hazard, the tub wouldn't drain.
