Beautiful hotel in the inside. Spacious rooms. Nice pool area

Rooms are a maze! Lots of walking to get through the hotel. Front desk staff seemed to not want to be bothered.

The room was very comfortable and big with 2 beds. The employees were very kind and able to help, we can leave our big luggage and go to the next city, the hotel have self laundry and a rental car. Very good hotel and localization

Great offerings; restaurant, gym, coffee shop were all top notch

It was a little too spread out and would have been better all located in one bldg

The hotel rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained by a very friendly staff. The reception personnel is welcoming and extremely helpful. Upon arriving late afternoon during the week, the desk clerk noticed that my booking was scheduled to start only the next day. They immediately arranged for me to stay in a room without having to move to another one later. The hotel features a rooftop pool and a fitness room, a restaurant, and a bar. The location is excellent, situated not far from the 16th Street Mall and just a few minutes on foot from Union Station. This makes it an ideal choice if you're coming to the city via the airport shuttle.

The interior courtyard view resembles a prison yard, so be sure to book a room with a "street" view. WiFi is not included if you booked through booking.com, costing $10 per 24 hours, which is surprising in 2023. The fridge is loud, as is the air conditioning unit.

Love the hotels lobby and bar and eating area. Breakfast buffet was very good.rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable

Google maps couldn't seem to find it at midnight when we were looking for it. The parking was a bit expensive

Bathroom door almost fell on me. Hit the floor hard.. Very unsafe situation.manager did not care unless I was physically hurt door is heavy and it was a traumatic event.

lovely hotel in a great position in downtown, staff were amazing and super friendly, food was great and it just had a great city vibe. would definitely stay here again if in Denver!

Very spacious room and comfortable atmosphere. Elevators were fast. One of the top hotels we’ve stayed.

Housekeeping was unreliable. We had to chase someone down to get clean towels. I’m not sure if they didn’t tend to us due to whatever the Covid protocol but not getting clean towels is unacceptable.
